DISNEY’S HOSPITALITY IN PRACTICE
(S.3 TO S.6 & POST-SECONDARY)
As a renowned brand in the hospitality industry, Disney’s high standard of Guest service has achieved
international acclaim. “Disney’s Hospitality in Practice” turns Hong Kong Disneyland Resort into the best real-
Guest services. Students will get the chance to observe the daily operations of hospitality services in the
Resort and learn about the required skills in the industry. Various interactive activities are designed to give
them an overview of the basic aspects of hospitality services. Under the guidance of veteran Cast Members
from the Resort, students will gain invaluable insights into the uniqueness of Disney Guest services and
acquire a better understanding about the operation and management of an integrated resort.
Learning Objectives
Share Disney stories
Introduce the Walt Disney Company’s development and Disney’s 5 quality standards
Introduce Hotel facilities: Front desk, Bell Services operations and the characteristics of restaurants
Observe the daily operation of Hospitality services at Hong Kong Disneyland Hotel and discover the
unique services of Disney
Introduce room facilities, Housekeeping’s operations and learn about the role of Cast Members at
Disney Kingdom Club
Explore the fun facts and challenges of the industry, through live case sharing and interaction with Cast
Member in the Resort
Introduce Park facilities and the operations of Resort transport services
Introduce the unique services of Disney, and operations of Guest Relations Team
Each student will receive a “Disney’s Hospitality in Practice Passport” after the program.

Assembly Time Morning session: 10 a.m.

Program Duration Approximately 3 hours
Please allow su cient time to reach to the program location at
Hong Kong Disneyland Hotel by resort hotel shuttle.
