            Introduce the Walt Disney Company’s development and Disney’s 5 quality standards
  透過與專業演藝人員的互動分享，領略款客服務業工作的樂趣和挑戰
            Introduce Hotel facilities: Front desk, Bell Services operations and the characteristics of restaurants
  介紹樂園配套設施和度假區運輸服務的運作
            Observe the daily operation of Hospitality services at Hong Kong Disneyland Hotel and discover the

 完成課程後每位學生可獲「迪士尼款客服務錦囊」一本。    Introduce room facilities, Housekeeping’s operations and learn about the role of Cast Members at

 集合地點   香港迪士尼樂園酒店前台    Explore the fun facts and challenges of the industry, through live case sharing and interaction with Cast

            Introduce Park facilities and the operations of Resort transport services

 集合時間    上午時段：上午10時
    下午時段：下午2時45分    Introduce the unique services of Disney, and operations of Guest Relations Team
 課程時間   大約3小時
         Each student will receive a “Disney’s Hospitality in Practice Passport” after the program.
 敬請預留足夠時間乘坐度假區酒店穿梭巴士前往課程地點 - 香港迪士尼樂園酒店。

         Please allow sufficient time to reach to the program location at
