As a classic Disney melody echoes from an old-fashioned organ, parade up and down in a gentle counter-clockwise direction atop your majestic horse. Spin around and around and feel a cool breeze brush across your face as you view a menagerie of Fantasyland attractions in the not-too-far-off distance—including Dumbo the Flying Elephant, The Many Adventures of Winnie the Pooh.

Command your prancing horse as the prince or princess of your very own fairytale by day or embark on a journey at night, basking in the magical glow of the carousel’s 3,328 shimmering lights.

During your enchanted journey, relive the classic Disney animated film Cinderella through a series of 8 illustriously hand-painted vignettes on the inner rounding board above the horses.

Watching his daughters ride a merry-go-round in his hometown inspired Walt Disney to create Disneyland. Later, when Walt began turning his ideas of constructing a theme park into a reality, a carousel became the cornerstone of his theme park design.
