Accessibility to Attractions

Methods of accessibility vary at attractions within Hong Kong Disneyland Park. Guests may need to transfer from their wheelchair to a ride system.

Audio Guide

Portable audio guides are available to give Guests a sense of direction, park information and brief descriptions of attractions.

Braille Guide Books

Guidebooks are available in English or Chinese braille interpretation and include general park information, services and land descriptions.

Hotel Services for Guests with Special Needs

Hotels at the Hong Kong Disneyland Resort offer special equipment and facilities to help accommodate Guests with disabilities.

Inductive Loops

Some attractions and service locations utilize an inductive loop audio enhancement to assist Guests requiring use of a hearing aid with communication.

Parade Route and Show Areas

Due to popular demand, designated viewing areas for Guests with disabilities at parades and shows are filled on a first-come, first-served basis.

Resort Shuttle for Guests with Disabilities

The shuttle travels between different locations of the Resort and can be requested by letting a Cast Member know you would like the service.

Service Animals

Service animals are welcome throughout Hong Kong Disneyland Park, including some attractions and in select areas of Disney Resort hotels.

Sign Language

Sign language interpretation can be provided to Guests at some live theme park shows with a minimum of 7 days notice—at no extra charge.

Tactile Maps

Throughout the Resort, tactile maps of several locations at Hong Kong Disneyland Resort are available in English or Chinese braille interpretation.

Restrooms

All restrooms throughout Hong Kong Disneyland Resort can accommodate Guests in wheelchairs and Guests that are visually impaired.

Wheelchair Rentals

Distances between attractions can be long and you may need to wait in lines. If you have mobility challenges, consider renting a wheelchair.

Written Aids

Guest Assistance Packets with show dialogue, flashlight, pen and paper are available near entrances at most shows and attractions.
