Education today has grown far beyond the walls of classrooms and the pages of textbooks.
It has become a lifelong adventure, one that stretches across every stage of our lives. Disney
Youth Programs, widely celebrated as a pioneer in experiential learning, brings this adventure
to life through a rich variety of initiatives designed for students from kindergarten all the way
through secondary school. By weaving play into the fabric of learning, these programs turn
knowledge into something students can truly feel, touch, and remember. Perhaps most importantly,
they spark a genuine sense of wonder — the kind that stays with young people long after the lesson ends,
inspiring them to keep asking questions and discovering the world on their own terms.

The road ahead is full of exciting possibilities. As educators and Disney Youth Programs continue to grow
together in partnership, we have a real opportunity to shape richer, more meaningful learning journeys for the
next generation — nurturing not just students, but the future pillars of our society.

香港迪士尼樂園，我第一時間就想起許多張孩子的笑臉——那些在樂園裏閃閃發光的眼神。
作為「共創明『Teen』計劃」團體活動諮詢委員會主席，我很想藉這個機會，跟你們說
一聲由衷的「多謝」。
這幾年，我們帶過上千名基層青少年走進香港迪士尼樂園。說「走進」或許太輕巧，對
很多基層孩子來說，那是他們人生第一次踏足這個童話世界。我永遠記得其中一次活動，
有一位媽媽走過來跟我說：「多謝主席！這是我和我兒子人生中最快樂的一天！」那一刻，
我看見的不是一個遊樂園，而是打開了想像的窗戶，迪士尼創造了夢幻又充滿愛的城堡。
而「迪士尼青少年團隊活動計劃」，從來不只是一場遊玩。我親眼看過學員在動畫教室裏，屏息凝神地跟導
師學畫米奇，然後驕傲地舉起自己的作品；我也見過中學生在「物理世界」工作坊裏，一邊玩機動遊戲一邊
討論離心力，那種興奮比課堂裡的公式來得真實萬倍。更讓我感動的是，迪士尼把價值觀教育藏進每個細節
裏——華特．迪士尼的故事教會孩子堅持，與演藝人員的互動讓他們學會尊重，樂園裏的中國傳統節慶裝飾
更悄悄強化了一份對自己文化的歸屬感。這不是硬生生的說教，而是讓孩子們在歡笑中自然吸收。

我們於香港迪士尼樂園參與過多項青少年團體活動，每次我都會走到學員中間，問他們開不開心。他們總是
用力點頭，然後急不及待告訴我：「從來冇諗過可以喺迪士尼上堂！」，還有樂園裏哪個遊戲最好玩、友師
請他們吃了甚麼。這些瑣碎的快樂，正正是我們整個計劃最想守護的東西——讓基層青少年感受到被重視、
被陪伴，讓他們相信，未來可以有無限可能。
所以，我想代表共創明「Teen」計劃向迪士尼青少年團隊每一位幕後功臣致謝。你們設計的不只是課程，而
是一段段會留在孩子心裏很久很久的回憶。期待我們繼續同行，為更多青少年創造更多「奇妙的一天」。
