Disney Youth Programs is a comprehensive and diverse initiative designed to engage
children of all ages and developmental stages, fostering creativity and a love for
learning. The curriculum nurtures young minds through imaginative play while instilling
a passion for STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics) in
elementary schools. As teenagers participate in immersive experiences, they delve
deeper into scientific concepts and innovative thinking, preparing them for future challenges.
With the introduction of Values Education series, Disney Youth Programs aims to empower children to
navigate their learning journeys with confidence and purpose. These programs emphasize the importance
of emotional intelligence, resilience and teamwork, equipping students with essential life skills alongside
their academic pursuits. By incorporating career exploration activities, children gain insights into various
professions and industries, igniting their aspirations and helping them envision their future paths.
Hong Kong Disneyland provides a vibrant and joyful environment where children can explore the wonders
of the world while developing critical 21st-century skills. Through participation in these programs, children
cultivate a lifelong passion for learning, driven by a sense of awe and curiosity. The combination of play-
based education and a focus on career development exemplifies the effectiveness of Disney Youth
Programs. I am confident that this holistic approach will greatly benefit our students, sparking further
interest and enthusiasm for STEAM subjects while guiding them in their career exploration.

‘To infinity and beyond!’ Education is no longer confined in the four walls of the
classrooms nor piles of notes, instead, it is life-wide, life-long. Disney Youth Programs,
as one of the forerunners for experiential learning, provides diverse programs for a
wide spectrum of students, be it kindergarten, primary or secondary. Students can
learn through play, bringing knowledge into life. Yet, such unique means of learning
is not merely one-off. With the students’ interest sparked, they are lured into probing
further in the world of knowledge, nurturing them as independent learners.
More collaborations are to be anticipated between educators and Disney Youth Programs. Together, the
learning of our future pillars can be enriched.

一想起迪士尼樂園，就有一種歡愉、刺激、夢幻、動感、七彩繽紛的感覺，樂園為我們
帶來各種難忘的旅程，是老少咸宜的遊覽勝地。
香港迪士尼青少年團隊從 2006 年開始，更以「實現夢想」為宗旨，為青少年設計了一
系列奇妙的學習體驗活動，為學生度身訂造各種課程。他們特別為幼稚園、小學、中學、
及專上學生帶來獨一無二的互動學習體驗、讓學生置身於充滿靈感、創意及歡樂的環境
中學習。過去幾年，我們都有機會參加奇妙學習系列體驗活動，從而發揮創意及想像，學
習過程中充滿歡樂，令人回味！
迪士尼青少年團隊充滿活力、敢於創新、與時並進，為滿足學生的體驗活動需要，設計了包括 STEM、
生涯規劃教育、價值觀教育內容，他們利用樂園內設施，包括樂園內的迪士尼朋友，透過 "Dream it, Do
it" 中學習，為不同年齡群組的學生提供不同的學習經歷。我誠意推薦教師及家長參與其中，充分享受
學習中的樂趣！
