香港迪士尼樂園一直致力推動寓教於樂的學習模式，其中「迪士尼青少年團隊活動計劃」
更成為本港學界嚮往的「啟發未來的奇妙學習之旅」。計劃透過獨家設計課程、樂園探
索與表演體驗，讓學生在沉浸式環境中激發創意思維，實踐全方位學習理念。更重要的
是，課程緊扣香港課程發展議會提出的十二個首要價值觀及態度——包括堅毅、尊重他
人、責任感、國民身份認同、承擔精神、誠信、仁愛、守法、同理心、勤勞、團結及自律——
把抽象的價值教育轉化為具體而生動的體驗。
迪士尼青少年奇妙學習系列課程涵蓋幼稚園至專上程度，由說故事技巧、科學探究到跨學科活動，均由
專業指導員帶領。幼稚園學生透過角色故事學習仁愛與同理心；小學生在「動畫教室」與 STEAM 活動
中培養勤勞、自律與承擔精神；中學生於「物理世界」及創科任務中實踐誠信與責任感，在小組協作中
體會團結與尊重他人；高中及大專學生在「工作體驗坊」了解職場運作與顧客服務，學習守法精神、專
業操守與誠信，為未來生涯奠定基礎。
配合社會對價值觀教育與創科學習的重視，樂園於 2026 年 1 月推出「迪士尼價值觀教育之旅 — 生涯
規劃篇」，透過企業案例與角色分享，引導學生反思人生目標，強化堅毅、責任感與承擔精神，並建立
清晰的生涯方向。2 月推出的「迪士尼親子互動 STEM 之旅」，讓學生與家長共同參與科學任務與創意
解難活動，在親子互動中培養尊重、溝通與團結精神，同時提升孩子的自律與自信心。這種跨代共學的
模式，有助家庭建立正向價值基礎，呼應社會推動正向教育與全人發展的方向。

此外，「迪士尼教職員發展日」透過分享企業社會責任、管理文化及科技應用，協助教師將誠信、守法、
責任感與承擔精神融入日常教學；「迪士尼家長教育日」則加強家庭在培養子女仁愛、同理心與自律方
面的角色。透過智能發展、體藝訓練、社會服務及環保學習活動，學生更能在可持續發展議題中體會責
任感與國民身份認同，明白個人與社會、國家及世界的關係。
適逢樂園近年推出多項新主題園區與巡遊表演，為校外學習注入創意與科技元素。這個融合娛樂、創科
與價值教育的平台，不僅讓學生在歡樂氛圍中培養解難能力與創意思維，更在實踐中深化十二個首要價
值觀及態度。當知識走出課本，價值落實於行動，學生便能真正體現「Dream it, Do it」的精神，以堅毅、
自律與承擔迎接未來挑戰，成為具備品格與能力的新一代。

Disney Youth Education Series give students the chance to learn in ways that are both
inspiring and practical. Teenagers are encouraged to step beyond textbooks and
experience knowledge in action. By participating in STEAM workshops, they sharpen
their problem-solving and critical thinking skills, discovering how science, technology,
engineering, arts, and mathematics connect to real-world challenges.
The program also helps students grow as individuals. Values education emphasizes
resilience, empathy, and teamwork, guiding young people to build emotional intelligence
and confidence. These qualities are vital as they navigate adolescence and prepare for adulthood.
Students learn to collaborate, communicate effectively, and take on leadership roles - skills that will serve
them well in school and beyond.

Career exploration is another highlight. Through initiatives such as Disney’s Foundations for Career
Success, students gain hands-on experience in communication, collaboration, and problem-solving. These
immersive activities introduce them to essential workplace skills while inspiring them to envision future
pathways with clarity and confidence. By connecting education with real-world leadership practice, the
program motivates students to pursue their passions with purpose and prepares them for the challenges
ahead.
Hong Kong Disneyland provides a good environment for this journey, where imagination and education
come together. The Disney Youth Education Series shows how secondary education can be enriched
through experiential learning, values development, and career exploration. I believe these programs
empower our students to thrive in the 21st century, equipping them with the skills and character needed
to succeed.
