How to Apply

Application Form

  1. Complete the application form online (For representatives of school/ organization who have previously enrolled in our Programs ) or download the application form.
  2. Travel agency representing a school must obtain the school's written appointment. The Appointment Letter should be written by the applying school/ organization with its letterhead, authorized signature and seal.
  3. Provide mandatory audition materials. All audition materials are non-refundable.
    Choir and Orchestras/ Bands:
    • Submit a completed application form
    • Submit a high-quality video recording of a complete group performance within the last 6 months
    • Submit a photo of performance costume
    • Submit a performance music list with the name and duration of each song, total showtime should be within 20 minutes
    • TVC or highly edited footage is not recommended

    Marching Bands and Dance Ensembles:
    • Submit a completed application form
    • Submit a high-quality video recording of a complete group performance within the last 6 months
    • Submit a photo of performance costume
    • Submit a performance music list with the name and duration of each song, total showtime should be within 15 minutes
    • Clean marching cycle/ clean dance movement in a chain
    • TVC or highly edited footage is not recommended

    *If the audition materials is not qualified, the group must provide a new application and audition materials and enter the audition procedures again

Submission period

Please submit the completed application form and required documents at least 8 weeks prior to the preferred date of visit.

Notification

Upon receipt of completed application form and approval of audition materials, Disney Youth Programs' Representative will revert the following documents within four (4) weeks via email:
  • Program Confirmation
  • "Group Ticket Sales Agreement" after confirming the group size

Confirmation and payment

  1. Sign Group Ticket Sales Agreement with applying school/ organzation seal
  2. By cash:
    Directly deposit to "Hongkong International Theme Parks Limited" at The Standard Chartered Bank (Account Number: 447-166-15919) and submit deposit receipt by fax (+852 3550-1448) or email as confirmation. (Please DO NOT mail cash)

    By cheque:
    Payable to "Hongkong International Theme Parks Limited", and deposit to The Standard Chartered Bank (Account Number: 447-166-15919) with one of the methods below, and submit deposit receipt by fax (+852 3550-1448) or email as confirmation. (Please DO NOT mail CHEQUE)
    1. Bank-in the cheque via Cheque Deposit Machines to The Standard Chartered Bank (Account Number: 447-166-15919), and submit deposit receipt by fax (+852 3550-1448) or email as confirmation. Please refer to The Standard Chartered Bank Website for the location of the Cheque Deposit Machines. (Please DO NOT mail CHEQUE)
    2. Bank-in cheque via Counter Services at Corporate Express Counters to The Standard Chartered Bank (Account Number: 447-166-15919), and submit deposit receipt by fax (+852 3550-1448) or email as confirmation. Please refer to The Standard Chartered Bank Website for the location of the Corporate Express Counters. (Please DO NOT mail CHEQUE)

Final confirmation

Upon receipt of the required documents and payment, Disney Youth Programs' Representative will email the confirmation letter for park tickets and meal coupons (if applicable) redemption

Redemption of the park tickets and meal coupons

On the day of your visit, bring along the printed copy of the confirmation letter* with school/organization seal and collect the park tickets and meal coupons (if applicable) for your group at Hong Kong Disneyland Guest Relations Building located at the Main Entrance
