Is refund available if i) schools/ organizations decide to cancel their booking? Or ii) schools/ organizations want to reduce the number of students after their booking is confirmed?
A.
No refund is available after payment is made against a booking. If schools/organizations want to cancel or reschedule their booking, a cancellation fee will apply if the request is made less than 14 days before the scheduled program date.
