The number and types of experiences or activities whereby Disney Standby Pass applies, and their respective dates, time, eligibility and terms and conditions may be adjusted based on operational needs. Guests need to hold a valid Disney Standby Pass and the registered Park tickets or Magic Access Membership Cards to enter the queue at the corresponding experience or activity or purchase the corresponding items.

How Disney Standby Pass works?


Registration for Disney Standby Pass is available at designated time after the Park opens for guests who have already entered the Park.
  1. After entering the Park, register for a Disney Standby Pass via Hong Kong Disneyland App or Hong Kong Disneyland website with their valid Park ticket or Magic Access Membership Card used for Park admission on the day and select the experience or activity you want to register for.
  2. Each Disney Standby Pass is valid for ONE guest only. You may register a Disney Standby Pass for yourself and for your group members for the same experience or activity with the same return time with your and their Park ticket(s) or Magic Access Membership Card(s) used for Park admission on the day. All group members to be registered must have entered the Park at the time of registration.
  3. Upon successful registration, the Disney Standby Pass is saved in each of the registered Park tickets or Magic Access Membership Cards. You can enjoy the rest of the Park before returning to enjoy the registered experience or activity.
  4. Return to the registered experience, activity or merchandise shop during the time stated on your Disney Standby Pass and present each of the registered Park tickets or Magic Access Membership Cards for checking at the entrance of the selected experience or activity or upon payment of the merchandise purchase, as applicable.

Disney Standby Pass Applicable Location and Time Period


Disney Standby Pass is applicable to the following experience (subject to change according to operational needs):
  • Purchase Hot Buys Of The Day at Center Street Boutique (a valid Disney Standby Pass is required for purchase of the designated items throughout the store’s operating hours)
    1. Registration for Disney Standby Pass - Purchase Hot Buys Of the Day at Center Street Boutique will be available 30 minutes after the Park opens. Registration will be closed from time to time when the relevant quota is full.

Keep in Mind

  1. Disney Standby Pass is saved to the registered Park ticket or Magic Access Membership Card. Please always keep your Park ticket or Magic Access Membership Card secure.
  2. Please present your and the registered guests’ Park tickets or Magic Access Membership Cards for checking at the queue entrance of the registered experience or activity or upon payment of the merchandise purchase, as applicable.
  3. Disney Standby Pass does not provide immediate access to the experience or activity or purchase of designated merchandise. Registered guests with a Disney Standby Pass will need to wait in line for the registered experience or activity or merchandise purchase.
  4. Designated merchandise has a daily quota and is subject to availability at the designated store, while stock lasts.
  5. Disney Standby Pass is valid only on the day of issue.
  6. Disney Standby Pass is subject to availability, and may be adjusted, suspended or cancelled according to the situation without prior notice and compensation.
  7. Guests who have registered a Disney Standby Pass may not register for the same or other experience or activity before the existing Disney Standby Pass is used, cancelled or expires.
  8. Guests may cancel their unused Disney Standby Pass for the registered experience and activity prior to the assigned return time shown on the Disney Standby Pass. Since Disney Standby Pass is subject to availability and limited quota, a new Disney Standby Pass is not guaranteed.

Frequently Asked Questions


1. When can I obtain another Disney Standby Pass?

You are eligible to get another Disney Standby Pass for the same or another experience or activity in the following scenarios, whichever is the earliest:

i. you have cancelled your unused Disney Standby Pass prior to the assigned return time;
ii. the return time of the previous Disney Standby Pass has passed; or
iii. the previous Disney Standby Pass was issued more than 2 hours ago.

For example,

• If you hold a Disney Standby Pass with return time at 11:00am, you may register for another one after 11:00 AM;
• If you hold a Disney Standby Pass issued at 11:00am (with any return time), you may register for another one after 1:00 PM,

In each case subject to availability and limited quota.


2. Why can’t I get a Disney Standby Pass?

• Before getting a Disney Standby Pass, you should make sure the relevant guest(s) have entered the Park and the ticket(s) and Magic Access Membership Card(s) used for park admission on the same day is used for pass registration.
• Except as mentioned in paragraph 1 above, guests holding a valid Disney Standby Pass may not get another one under any circumstances.
• Guests cannot hold an additional Disney Standby Pass for the same or another experience or activity before the original Disney Standby Pass is used or expires.


3. Can I cancel or change my Disney Standby Pass?

You may cancel the registered Disney Standby Pass or remove registered guest(s) from your Disney Standby Pass before the stated return time. Please note that the cancellation cannot be revoked or reversed once completed.
