- Introduce room facilities, housekeeping’s operation and learn about different roles in hospitality industry.
- Introduce the basic success matrix of hotel management.
- Discover the "Disney Difference" through interactive games and discussion
- Explore the fun facts and challenges of the industry, through live case sharing and interaction with Cast Members in the Resort
