Hong Kong Disneyland Park - Frequently Asked Questions

Q:

How do I prepare for a visit to Hong Kong Disneyland?

A:

Hong Kong Disneyland’s continued focus on improving the Guest experience through the use of the reservation system to purposefully manage attendance allows flexible adjustment in real-time. All Guests, including but not limited to day ticket holders, Magic Access members, Corporate membership, Corporate Card members and complimentary ticket holders, are required to reserve their visit date with their valid tickets, membership cards or ticket vouchers/confirmations through the Hong Kong Disneyland Park Visit Reservation website.

Guests can make reservation up to 90 days prior to visit. Infants aged below 3 can enjoy free Park admission as usual, but the parents/legal guardian are still required to make reservation. Upon successful reservation, Guests are required to present their registered tickets, membership cards or ticket vouchers/confirmations for park admission on the reserved visit date.

Park admission is subject to the park's operation days which may change from time to time. Please be reminded that reservation of each type of ticket/membership card is subject to a limited quota and on a first-come-first-serve basis. Reservation will not be accepted once the respective quota is full. A completed reservation will only be valid for the selected date, and will expire after the date.
