Disability Access Service (“DAS”)

Located in Hong Kong Disneyland Parks
DAS is designed for guests who have difficulty tolerating extended waits in a conventional queue environment due to disabilities. This service allows guests to schedule a return time that is comparable to the current queue wait for the given attractions. It does not provide immediate attraction access. A guest whose disability is solely based on the requirement of using a wheelchair or scooter does not need DAS and may take advantage of a different type of accommodation provided by the Park. Depending on the attraction, guests utilizing a wheelchair or scooter will either wait in the standard queue or receive a return time at the attraction that is comparable to the current standby wait. If you’re a guest who has mobility questions or concerns, please contact Guest Relations.

How to register for a DAS card

  • Guest who is requesting to use DAS must visit City Hall in person and present relevant valid identification or document (e.g. Registration Card for People with Disabilities issued by the Government of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region) to our cast members for registration and obtaining the DAS card.
  • The name and relevant identification or document number of the registered guest, the party size and the valid date will be shown on the cover of the DAS card.

How to use the DAS card

  • A registered guest may utilize DAS along with a maximum of 5 other guests (together the “DAS party”).
  • To request a DAS return time at a designated attraction, the registered guest must present the DAS card to the entrance greeter at the designated attraction.
  • If the posted wait time is fifteen (15) minutes more, the greeter will indicate a DAS return time on the DAS card.
  • If the posted wait time is less than or equal to fifteen (15) minutes, the registered guest and the DAS party will be directed to the appropriate queue.
  • Once it is time to return, the registered guest, together with the DAS party, must present the DAS card to the entrance greeter in person to redeem the DAS return time at the attraction. The registered guest and the DAS party will be direct to the appropriate queue. The greeter will mark on the DAS card next to the DAS return time as “completed”.
  • For theater show, the registered guest may request a DAS return time for a designated show session at the entrance of the theater at least one hour before the start time of the designated show session and subject to the seat availability. The registered guest and the DAS party must present the DAS card to the entrance greeter in person at the DAS return time and follow cast members’ instructions to enter the theater. If the designated show session has started but the registered guest and the DAS party have not shown up, the DAS return time will be forfeited. The registered guest will need to make a new request for a new DAS return time for another show session.
  • HKITP reserves the right to request the registered guest to present the relevant identification or document for verification when redeeming a DAS return time.
  • Once the registered guest and the DAS party have experienced an attraction, they may use the DAS card to receive a DAS return time at another designated attraction.
