Wheelchair Rentals

For Guests with mobility challenges, manual wheelchairs are available to rent at the Hong Kong Disneyland Resort.


Rental Locations and Terms

In the Park: 
To rent a wheelchair for use in the park only, visit the inside of the old-time firehouse next to City Hall, Main Street U.S.A.

At Hotels of the Hong Kong Disneyland Resort:
To rent a wheelchair that you can bring from the hotel to the park and back, enquire at the Front Desk of your hotel.  

The maximum weight for a person renting a wheelchair is 113 kg (250 lbs).

Price

  • Daily: HK$60, HK$30 (Seniors)
A refundable deposit of HK$100 per day is required. To redeem your deposit, you must return your wheelchair with a valid rental ticket at the location it was rented, by park closing time.

Reservations

Wheelchairs are available on a first-come, first-served basis. They may not be reserved and quantities are limited.

Keep in Mind

Nearly all main entrances to restaurants, shops, attractions and shows are accessible to Guests in wheelchairs. Guests in wheelchairs that experience too narrow of a queue, we suggest that you:
  • Ask a member of your party to order and transport merchandise or food to you.
  • Ask a Cast Member for assistance.
Please note that Cast Members are not permitted to physically transfer Guests from wheelchairs. Certain attractions require Guests to transfer from their wheelchair to a ride system. If you need assistance, we suggest you travel with a companion.
