- This offer is valid for guest(s) who have booked designated rooms at Hong Kong Disneyland Hotel, Disney Explorers Lodge or Disney’s Hollywood Hotel at the prevailing room rate and/or designated hotel Special Offers on Hong Kong Disneyland website at www.hongkongdisneyland.com (“Website”) between 12:00 NOON (Hong Kong Time) on July 20, 2026 and 11:59 PM (Hong Kong Time) on September 27, 2026 (“Hotel Booking”) with check-in date between July 21, 2026 and September 28, 2026 and is one of the staying guests of the Hotel Booking (“Eligible Guest(s)”).
- This offer is not applicable to other offers as Hongkong International Theme Parks Limited (“HKITP”) may specify from time to time.
- Each Eligible Guest and his/her staying guest(s) aged 3 or above in the same Hotel Booking (“Eligible Staying Guest(s)”) may receive one complimentary Early Park Entry Pass (“Pass”) per person to the Hong Kong Disneyland Park (“Park”). The number of Passes issued pursuant to this offer is based on the number of Eligible Staying Guests specified at the time of Hotel Booking. No additional Passes will be issued in the event the number of Eligible Staying Guests changes subsequent to the Hotel Booking. In any circumstances, a maximum of four Passes will be issued per Hotel Booking.
- Passes may only be used by the Eligible Guest and Eligible Staying Guest(s) in person within three days of the check-in date as printed on the Passes (“Validity Date”) for one-time entry to the Park via the designated entrance up to one hour prior to the Park’s official opening time (“Early Entry Period”) as may be published from time to time on the Website. Please click here for the Park’s official opening time which is available 14 days prior to the day of visit.
- Pass will expire upon the Park’s official opening time of the Validity Date.
- The name of Eligible Guest will be printed on the Passes. Eligible Guest and Eligible Staying Guest(s) must enter the Park at the same time and present the Passes and the hotel room key card of the Hotel Booking at the Park’s Main Entrance in person for verification. HKITP may refuse to accept the Passes if in HKITP’s determination the identity of the Eligible Guest or Eligible Staying Guest(s) cannot be verified.
- Guests who have already purchased Magic Access Membership Card or any other tickets, vouchers or other products will not be entitled to any compensation, exchange and/or refund under this offer.
- Pass does not include admission to the Park. To use the Passes, Eligible Guest and Eligible Staying Guest(s) are required to have valid admission tickets to the Park.
- All guests are required to have a valid reservation with valid tickets or membership cards before visiting the Park. Park visit reservation of each type of ticket or membership card is subject to a limited quota. Reservation will not be accepted once the respective quota is full.
- Pass may only be used via the designated queue at the Park’s Main Entrance. Queue time may vary depending on the Park’s operation on the day and guests are advised to reserve sufficient time prior to the Early Entry Period.
- Pass does not guarantee immediate or priority admission to the Park. Eligible Guest and Eligible Staying Guest(s) are required to use the designated queue and follow the applicable rules, directions, arrangements and/or operation for the Park determined by HKITP. No compensation, exchange and/or refund will be made if Eligible Guest and/or Eligible Staying Guest(s) is unable to use the Pass due to late arrival at the designated queue.
- Pass and its benefits not used in accordance with these terms and conditions (including any Pass not used during the Early Entry Period on Validity Date) will be void without compensation, exchange and/or refund.
- Pass is valid for one-time use only and may not be used for re-entry to the Park. Eligible Guest and Eligible Staying Guest(s) may only re-enter the Park during the Park’s official opening time by presenting their valid ticket or membership card.
- Upon entry to the Park, each guest is required to present his/her ticket and have his/her photo taken (or present such personal identification* as HKITP may from time to time require) for verification. The ticket, handstamp, photo and/or such other personal identification as HKITP may from time to time require are required for re-entry into the Park and ticket upgrade (if applicable). If guest prefers not to have his/her or his/her child’s photo taken, he/she may, before entry to the Park, ask a Cast Member about alternative verification arrangement as HKITP may provide from time to time#.
*Examples of personal identification include but are not limited to: passport or other photo identification acceptable to HKITP (for children aged 3 to 11, school handbook, or birth certificate together with other photo identification; for full-time students aged 12 to 25, school handbook or full-time student card with photo identification).
#Example of alternative verification arrangement may include presenting the photo identification of the relevant guest to our Cast Members and having his/her name printed on or electronically stored with the ticket. Such name as recorded cannot be changed.|
HKITP may refuse Park admission to any guest whose age, identity or other eligibility for using the ticket cannot be verified by HKITP. - Pass is not for resale, is non-transferrable, non-refundable and non-exchangeable, either in whole or in part, for cash or any other items, and may not be used in conjunction with other promotions or discounts.
- Pass does not include any guarantee as to access, admission or wait time to any attractions, merchandise shops, food and beverage or other locations.
- Duplicate Passes will not be accepted. Passes are void if they are incomplete, altered or tampered with. HKITP shall not be responsible for (and will not issue replacement in respect of) any loss, damage, forgery, theft or fraudulent or unauthorized use of any Passes. HKITP’s record in relation to issue and usage of Passes shall be final and conclusive.
- No re-issuance of the Pass or other compensation, exchange and/or refund will be provided if the Park is closed due to inclement weather or unforeseeable circumstances during the Early Entry Period.
- HKITP reserves the right to determine or change (i) the number of attractions, merchandise shops and food and beverage or other locations available during the Early Entry Period, (ii) the location, capacity, operating hours or operation of any attractions, merchandise shops and food and beverage or other locations, and/or (iii) any other aspect of any attractions, merchandise shops and food and beverage or other locations, in each case, at any time and from time to time in its sole discretion without prior notice, refund and/or compensation.
- HKITP may refuse to accept or allow the redemption and use of any Passes, and withhold or revoke any benefit in this offer, in each case without compensation, exchange and/or refund if in its sole judgment (i) the Passes and/or benefits under this offer are used for commercial or other unauthorised purposes; (ii) if any of these terms and conditions is violated or not complied with; and/or (iii) if HKITP considers that the circumstances so require.
- HKITP reserves the right to (i) amend or supplement these terms and conditions; (ii) designate or change the prices, validity and/or block-out dates of any Pass, ticket, tour, product, service, offer, discount or promotion; and (iii) terminate or suspend the availability of this Pass or any other offer, discount or promotion, in each case, at any time and from time to time without prior notice, compensation, exchange and/or refund.
General Terms and Conditions applicable to this offer
- This offer and its respective components, and the issuance and use of this offer and its respective components and admission to the Park or other parts of the Hong Kong Disneyland Resort (“Resort”) are each subject to (i) these terms and conditions and the General Terms and Conditions at www.hongkongdisneyland.com/ticket-general-terms-conditions/; (ii) the rules and regulations applicable to the location or facility in question (including without limitation, the Park Rules and Regulations and Hotels Rules and Regulations) which are set out on the Website; and (iii) all other requirements, restrictions and changes determined by HKITP in its sole discretion without advance or further notice. HKITP may from time to time, without prior notice and without compensation, exchange and/or refund, (a) make or modify the rules to be followed within the whole or any part of the Resort; (b) change or adjust the entry requirement or the mode of operation (including but not limited to operating hours) of the Resort or any hotel, location, attraction, show, shop, restaurant, facility or amenity thereat; (c) close or adjust the operation for any period the Resort or any part of it; (d) modify, relocate, refurbish or replace any location, attraction, show, shop, restaurant, facility or amenity; (e) restrict the number, class or eligibility of persons having access to the Resort or any part of it; (f) suspend or cancel any attraction, show, facility, amenity or entertainment or marketing program, offering, experience or activity; and/or (g) impose limit on the purchase of any product or use of any service or facility, in each case due to capacity, inclement weather or special events, to ensure safety, health, security or order, or compliance with law, or if HKITP considers that the circumstances so require.
- In case of any dispute, HKITP reserves the right to make final judgment on the dispute and otherwise in respect of this offer.
- These terms and conditions are subject to the interpretation of HKITP which shall be final and conclusive.
- In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between the English version and other language version of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.
- This offer is made available in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People’s Republic of China (“HKSAR”) only. This offer may only be redeemed in the HKSAR in accordance with these terms and conditions. HKITP makes no representation that the purchase, redemption or use of this offer is appropriate or available in other locations and this offer is void in any jurisdiction where the purchase, redemption or use of such an offer is prohibited or restricted by law. Those who choose to redeem or use this offer do so on their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws, if and to the extent they are applicable.
- These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the HKSAR.
- These terms and conditions constitute an agreement between HKITP and Eligible Guest redeeming this offer. A person who is not a party to this agreement shall not have any rights under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance (Chapter 623 of the Laws of Hong Kong) to enforce any term of this agreement.
