MyDisney HK Program Terms and Conditions

Important Details

“MyDisney HK” program is made available by Hongkong International Theme Parks Limited (“HKITP”) specifically for guest experiences in connection with the Hong Kong Disneyland Resort. It is not connected with, nor does it provide any benefit offered under, other “MyDisney” branded programs. Except as otherwise stated by HKITP, MyDisney HK benefits in these MyDisney HK Program Terms and Conditions are available to guests who have registered for MyDisney HK Program at https://www.hongkongdisneyland.com/mydisneyhk/ holding a valid “MyDisney HK Account” (such guests, “Registered Guests” and his/her registered account, “MyDisney HK Account”), subject to these terms and conditions and all other terms and conditions specified by HKITP for the benefit in question.
MyDisney HK benefits are only available for purchase or reservation transactions meeting all of the following criteria (“Eligible Transactions”):
1. completed during the period from 3:00pm (Hong Kong time) on March 31, 2025 to 2:59pm (Hong Kong time) on September 29, 2026 (or such other period specified by HKITP) through webpages designated by HKITP;
2. completed by a Registered Guest who has (i) signed in to his/her MyDisney HK Account before making the relevant transaction, (ii) completed the transaction at the designated webpages, and (iii) remained signed in to his/her MyDisney HK Account when the transaction completes; and
3. meeting all other criteria specified by HKITP from time to time.
No benefit, compensation, exchange or refund will be provided for any transaction that does not meet all the criteria.
Benefits are subject to (a) validity periods and block-out dates of the benefit in question or the associated products or services; (b) availability of the benefit in question or the associated products or services; (c) operating hours, capacity and entry requirements of the relevant attraction, facility or location; (d) controls which may limit the number, type, value and other features of the benefits allocated, or which may restrict the number or eligibility of Registered Guests to whom, or the transactions for which, the benefit is offered (for example, certain benefits and features may be made available on a limited basis to a selected group of Registered Guests or selected types of transactions, or there may be limits on the number of items a Registered Guest may purchase) (such controls are collectively referred to as “Benefit Limits”); and (e) other applicable terms and conditions as HKITP may announce from time to time in these “MyDisney HK Benefits Terms and Conditions”, or on the Hong Kong Disneyland Website at www.hongkongdisneyland.com(“Website”), the relevant advertisement, guest communication and/or notices or signage displayed at the attraction, facility or sales or service location. Registered Guests acknowledge that HKITP may, in its absolute discretion, determine or change any aspect mentioned in this paragraph 3 at any time and from time to time without notice.
HKITP is not the supplier of the products and/or services provided by other merchants (collectively “Other Merchants’ Offers”), and such other merchants do not provide the Other Merchants’ Offers on behalf of, or as agent of, HKITP or any of its affiliates. HKITP gives no representation or warranty as to the Other Merchants’ Offers. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, HKITP shall not be liable for any loss, cost, expense, charge, taxes, damage, claim, demand, proceeding, action, obligation or liability (including without limitation, any injury, damage, loss or expense of any nature) suffered by the Registered Guest or any other person resulting from or in connection with any Other Merchants’ Offers. HKITP is not responsible for resolving any dispute arising from any Other Merchants’ Offers. The provision and use of the Other Merchants’ Offers may be subject to terms and conditions as determined by their suppliers.
All guests are required to have a valid reservation with valid tickets or membership cards before visiting the Hong Kong Disneyland Park (“Park”). Park visit reservation of each type of ticket or membership card is subject to a limited quota. Reservation will not be accepted once the respective quota is full.
Issuance and use of MyDisney HK benefits, provisions of tickets, rooms, vouchers, products and services and admission to the Park, Hong Kong Disneyland Resort Hotels (“Hotels”) and/or other parts of the Hong Kong Disneyland Resort (“Resort”) and use of the facilities there are each subject to (i) the “Offer Highlight” and “Important Details” set out in all relevant pages on the Website; (ii) these terms and conditions, the Hotel General Terms and Conditions, the General Terms and Conditions at www.hongkongdisneyland.com/ticket-general-terms-conditions/; (iii) the rules and regulations applicable to the location or facility in question (including without limitation, the Park Rules and Regulations and/or the Hotels Rules and Regulations) which are set out on the Website; and (iv) all other requirements, restrictions and changes determined by HKITP in its sole discretion without advance or further notice. HKITP may from time to time, without prior notice and without refund or compensation, (a) make or modify the rules to be followed within the whole or any part of the Resort; (b) change or adjust the entry requirement or the mode of operation (including but not limited to operating hours) of the Resort or any Hotel, location, attraction, show, shop, restaurant, facility or amenity thereat; (c) close or adjust the operation for any period the Resort or any part of it; (d) modify, relocate, refurbish or replace any location, attraction, show, shop, restaurant, facility or amenity; (e) restrict the number, class or eligibility of persons having access to the Resort or any part of it; (f) suspend or cancel any attraction, show, facility, amenity or entertainment or marketing program, offering or activity; and/or (g) impose limit on the purchase of any product or use of any service or facility, in each case due to capacity, inclement weather or special events, to ensure safety, health, security or order, or compliance with law, or if HKITP considers that the circumstances so require.
Use of the products, services, facilities or amenities offered at the Hotel (including without limitation, the Hotel car park) is subject to availability and applicable charges, which may be changed by HKITP at any time and from time to time in its sole discretion. For applicable charges and other details, please refer to the Website.
HKITP may refuse to accept any ticket, pass, voucher or confirmation, accept or allow the redemption and use of any ticket, pass, voucher or confirmation, and withhold or revoke any benefit, in each case without compensation, exchange or refund if in its sole judgment (i) the ticket, pass, voucher or confirmation and/or the benefit are used for commercial or other unauthorised purposes; (ii) if any of these terms and conditions is violated or not complied with; and/or (iii) if HKITP considers that the circumstances so require.
HKITP reserves the right to (i) amend or supplement these terms and conditions; (ii) designate or change the prices, validity and/or block-out dates of any ticket, pass, voucher or confirmation, product, service, offer, discount or promotion; and (iii) terminate or suspend the availability of any offer, discount or promotion, in each case, at any time and from time to time without prior notice.

MyDisney HK Park Magical Benefits

Registered Guest who purchases Park admission tickets specified by HKITP from time to time in the Website (“Eligible Tickets”) in an Eligible Transaction may receive one (1) voucher for the ticket purchase in physical or electronic form as determined by HKITP (“Ticket Purchase Voucher”). No Ticket Purchase Voucher will be provided for purchase of admission tickets or other products that are not specified as Eligible Tickets.
Each Registered Guest may not receive more than one (1) set of Ticket Purchase Voucher irrespective of the number, type and value of tickets purchased within the same Eligible Transaction.
HKITP may, in its sole and absolute discretion, designate or change the Benefit Limits for this benefit, including without limitation the number, type(s), value or other features of the Eligible Tickets.
Ticket Purchase Voucher must be used by the Registered Guest to whom the voucher is issued by presenting the voucher together with the associated Eligible Ticket at the redemption location in person.
Ticket Purchase Voucher is only valid on the date of Park admission using the Eligible Ticket, excluding any block-out date specified by HKITP.

MyDisney HK Park Magical Benefits - Merchandise Benefit

Registered Guest may use his/her Ticket Purchase Voucher to receive each of the following merchandise benefits once:
1. Redeem a special gift designated by HKITP at Centre Street Boutique or Andy’s Toy Box in the Park (only applicable to purchase of Eligible Tickets); and
2. Redeem one (1) HK$50 merchandise discount voucher on merchandise with net spending of HK$500 or above in a single transaction at any merchandise store in the Park (“Park Merchandise Store”) or any merchandise store located in any Hotel (“Hotel Merchandise Store”).
The vouchers may not be used at Northern Delights, Hong Kong Disneyland stores at Terminal 1 of the Hong Kong International Airport, Hong Kong Disneyland Treasures at Citygate Outlets or any other sales locations outside the Resort.
Only one merchandise discount voucher may be used in each single transaction.
The merchandise discount voucher is not valid for the purchase of Disney Collectible Medallion, photo, photography service, GODIVA, CHOW TAI FOOK jewelry, PANDORA jewelry, limited edition pin, co-branded merchandise (e.g. LEGO®, Starbucks® , Wooderful Life and etc.), non-Disney/ convenience items (e.g. drugs), media product, personalized service, embroidery service, spending at Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique, merchandise reserved, ordered or purchased online or outside the Resort, Magic Prize, charity items and other selected items which HKITP may from time to time specify.

MyDisney HK Park Magical Benefits - Dining Benefit

Registered Guest may use his/her Ticket Purchase Voucher to receive HK$50 dining discount with minimum net spending of HK$500 or above in a single transaction at the following Outdoor Vending Carts, Table Service Restaurants and Quick Service Restaurants in the Park:
1. Park Outdoor Vending Carts:
  1. Main Street Market;
  2. Midtown Delights;
  3. Popcorn, Frozen Lollipops Cart at Main Street, U.S.A.;
  4. Popcorn, Frozen Lollipops Cart at Tomorrowland;
  5. NRG POD;
  6. Hot Dog, Corn on the Cob, Refreshing Drinks, Frozen Lollipops Cart at Fantasyland;
  7. Popcorn, Frozen Lollipops Cart at Fantasyland;
  8. Small World Ice Cream;

MyDisney HK Hotel Magical Benefits

Registered Guest who makes a designated reservation at a Hotel in an Eligible Transaction through www.hongkongdisneyland.com/offers-discounts/?type=offer-type-vacation-package,offer-type-rooms,offer-type-mydisneyhk and checks in to the Hotel between April 1, 2025 and September 29, 2026 may receive a voucher (“Hotel Stay Voucher”) upon check-in.
Each Registered Guest may not receive more than one (1) Hotel Stay Voucher irrespective of the number, type and rate of Hotel room reserved within the same Eligible Transaction.
HKITP may in its sole and absolute discretion designate or change the Benefit Limits for this benefit, including without limitation the number, type(s), rate or other features of the Hotel reservation.
Hotel Stay Voucher must be used by the Registered Guest to whom the voucher is issued by presenting the voucher together with the key card holder of the relevant Hotel room at the redemption location in person.
Hotel Stay Voucher is only valid during the validity period stated on the voucher and during the Registered Guest’s Hotel stay, excluding any block-out date specified by HKITP.

MyDisney HK Hotel Magical Benefits - Merchandise Benefits

Registered Guest may use his/her Hotel Stay Voucher to receive each of the following merchandise benefits once:
1. Redeem one (1) special gift designated by HKITP at any Hotel Merchandise Store; and
2. Redeem one (1) HK$50 merchandise discount voucher on merchandise with net spending of HK$500 or above in a single transaction at any merchandise store in the Park (“Park Merchandise Store”) or any merchandise store located in any Hotel (“Hotel Merchandise Store”).

MyDisney HK Hotel Magical Benefits - Dining Benefits

Registered Guest may receive HK$50 dining discount with minimum net spending of HK$500 or above in a single transaction by presenting his/her Hotel Stay Voucher at the following Table Service Restaurants and Quick Service Restaurants in the Hotels:
1. Hotel Quick Service Restaurant:
  1. Chart Room Cafe at Disney Explorers Lodge.
2. Hotel Table Service Restaurants:
  1. Enchanted Garden Restaurant at Hong Kong Disneyland Hotel;
  2. Walt’s Cafe at Hong Kong Disneyland Hotel;'
  3. Crystal Lotus at Hong Kong Disneyland Hotel;
  4. Dragon Wind at Disney Explorers Lodge;'
  5. World of Color Restaurant at Disney Explorers Lodge;
  6. Ink & Plate at Disney’s Hollywood Hotel;
  7. The Archivist at Disney’s Hollywood Hotel.

Advance reservation is required for using this benefit at Hotel Table Service Restaurants. For advance reservation and enquiries, please call (852) 3510-6000 (Hong Kong Disneyland Hotel) or (852) 3510-2000 (Disney Explorers Lodge) or (852) 3510-5000 (Disney’s Hollywood Hotel).

Other terms and conditions applicable to MyDisney HK Program

Unless otherwise specified, references to “tickets”, “passes”, “vouchers” and “confirmation” in these terms and conditions mean the printed or electronic copy of the tickets, pass, vouchers or confirmation (as the case may be), in each case issued by HKITP and bearing a true and complete QR code, barcode, confirmation number or other evidence for admission or redemption.
Each benefit issued for an Eligible Transaction may be used once only. Only one voucher and one benefit can be used in each single transaction. HKITP’s record in relation to the issue and usage of the benefits shall be final and conclusive.
Products and services must be redeemed and used within the validity date(s) printed on the relevant ticket, pass, voucher or confirmation, or if no validity date(s) is so printed, as specified in the terms and conditions applicable to the ticket, pass, voucher, confirmation, product or service in question. Ticket, pass, voucher, confirmation, products and services not redeemed and used within the specified validity period will be void without compensation, exchange or refund.
Duplicate, damaged or altered ticket, pass, voucher or confirmation will not be accepted. Lost ticket, pass, voucher or confirmation will not be replaced.
Except as expressly otherwise provided by HKITP, vouchers and benefits cannot be refunded, exchanged, redeemed for cash in whole or in part, or exchanged for other products or discounts.
The following additional terms and conditions apply in relation to merchandise discount and redemption:
1. All merchandise items purchased using MyDisney HK benefits are subject to the exchange and refund policy printed on the back of original sales receipts.
2. Vouchers for merchandise discount or redemption (each a “Merchandise Voucher”) must be used at designated merchandise locations during the designated validity period.
3. Merchandise Vouchers must be presented at the time of purchase or redemption, as applicable. Printed Merchandise Vouchers may be collected upon usage.
4. Merchandise items may only be redeemed while stock lasts. In the event that a particular type or style of merchandise item is out of stock, HKITP may, but is not obliged to, offer other substitute merchandise items for redemption or discount as HKITP determines as appropriate in its sole discretion with no prior notice.
5. HKITP reserves the right to determine the prices of the merchandise items and to change the operating hours of the merchandise locations in its sole and absolute discretion.
6. Merchandise vouchers may not be used for the purchase of Disney Collectible Medallion, photo, photography service, GODIVA, CHOW TAI FOOK jewelry, PANDORA jewelry, limited edition pin, co-branded merchandise (e.g. LEGO®, Starbucks®, Wooderful Life and etc.), non-Disney/ convenience items (e.g. drugs), media product, personalized service, embroidery service, spending at Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique, merchandise reserved, ordered or purchased online or outside the Resort, Magic Prize, charity items and other selected items which HKITP may from time to time specify.
7. If the net value of an Eligible Transaction after any refund or exchange is lower than the spending threshold required for the MyDisney HK benefit in question, the MyDisney HK benefit will be forfeited. The Registered Guest receiving the refund or exchange shall pay HKITP the amount of any discount, offer or benefit received, and return to HKITP any gift redeemed, as applicable.
The following additional terms and conditions apply in relation to gifts and premiums:
1. HKITP reserves the right to determine or change the type, design and other aspects of the gift or premium at any time and from time to time in its sole discretion; and
2. redemption of the gift or premium is available while stock lasts. HKITP is not responsible for providing a substitute or other compensation if Registered Guests are unable to redeem any gift or premium for any reason.
The following additional terms and conditions in relation to food and beverage promotion, discount and redemption:
1. Food and beverage promotion, discount or redemption vouchers (“F&B Vouchers”) may only be used at the designated restaurants (as stated on the F&B Voucher) and must be used during the designated validity period.
2. F&B Voucher must be presented at the time of ordering and payment. Printed F&B Vouchers may be collected upon usage.
3. Redemption of food and beverage items with F&B Voucher is subject to availability of such items and the operating hours of the designated food and beverage location at the time of redemption.
4. Guests may refer to the Park guide map for the location of the Quick Service and Table Service restaurants and outdoor vending carts in the Park, and to www.hongkongdisneyland.com/dining or the Park mobile app for the locations and operating hours of restaurants in the Park and at the Hotels.
5. 10% service charge will apply based on original price (if applicable).
Use of the products, services, facilities or amenities offered at the Hotel (including without limitation, the Hotel car park) is subject to availability and applicable charges, which may be changed by HKITP at any time and from time to time in its sole discretion. For applicable charges and other details, please refer to the Website.
The Vouchers and the benefits cannot be used in conjunction with other offers, promotions or discounts (including any other MyDisney HK benefits, any Cast Member discounts, Magic Access member discounts, birthday privileges or renewal benefits).
HKITP reserves the right to determine or change at its sole and absolute discretion: (a) the type, design or other features of any merchandise or food and beverage items redeemable using the benefits; (b) the prices of the merchandise, food and beverages items; (c) the menu of each designated restaurant, and (d) the operating hours of the designated redemption locations.
Benefits apply to the Registered Guest making the Eligible Transaction only and are non-transferable. Benefits (including discounts) are for the Registered Guest's personal use only and must not be used to obtain or purchase items, services, discounts or other benefits with the intent to resell such items, services, discounts or other benefits. Benefits (including discounts) must not be sold, bartered or exchanged for any goods, services or benefits.
Registered Guests are required to provide names and other forms of personal data as HKITP may require for identity verification or other purposes. HKITP may refuse to accept any voucher and refuse to provide any benefit if his/her identity or other eligibility for using the voucher or the benefit cannot be proved to HKITP’s satisfaction or any circumstances described in paragraph 44 below occurs.
HKITP reserves the right at any time to refuse to accept, revoke and/or suspend any MyDisney HK Account (and the corresponding MyDisney HK benefits), and/or withhold, suspend or terminate any benefit associated with the account, without refund or compensation if, in its sole judgment, any of the following circumstances has or is suspected to have arisen:
1. if the MyDisney HK Account is used for making transaction or redemption of benefits by any person other than the registered holder of such account;
2. if the guest holds more than one MyDisney HK Account at the same time;
3. the MyDisney HK Account and/or the associated benefits are used for commercial or other unauthorised purposes;
4. if any of these terms and conditions, the Park Rules and Regulations or the Hotels Rules and Regulations or any applicable laws, rules, terms or conditions are violated or not fully complied with;
5. for any behavior that is unsafe, illegal, offensive, disruptive, improper, undermines the normal operation of any part of the Website or the Resort or otherwise detracts from the experience of other guests;
6. to ensure safety, security or order; or
7. if HKITP considers that the circumstances so require.
In the event of disputes, HKITP reserves the right to make final judgment on the dispute and otherwise in respect of the MyDisney HK Program and the associated benefits.
HKITP reserves the right to add to, delete and/or to vary the terms and conditions applicable to the benefits or to terminate or suspend the availability of the MyDisney HK Program, any MyDisney HK Account and/or any benefit at any time and from time to time without notice.
MyDisney HK Program, the MyDisney HK Account and the associated benefits are provided in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People's Republic of China (“HKSAR”) only. HKITP makes no representation that participation in MyDisney HK Program or use of the MyDisney HK Account or the associated benefits are appropriate or available in other locations and the benefits are void in any jurisdiction where participation in the program or use of the account or benefits is prohibited or restricted by law. Those who choose to participate in MyDisney HK Program or use the account or benefit do so on their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws, if and to the extent they are applicable.
Except as specifically amended by the Personal Information Collection Statement provided by HKITP applicable to the data collection in question, personal data collected in connection with the provision and use of the MyDisney HK Account and the associated benefits, products or services will be held, processed and used in accordance with the applicable privacy policy set out in the Website.
These terms and conditions are subject to the interpretation of HKITP which shall be final and conclusive.
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the HKSAR.
In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between the English version and other language version of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.
These terms and conditions constitute an agreement between HKITP and each Registered Guest respectively. A person who is not a party to this agreement shall not have any rights under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance (Chapter 623 of the Laws of Hong Kong) to enforce any term of this agreement.

Personal Information Collection Statement
Personal data collected in connection with or upon the purchase, issue or provision of tickets, tours, other products and services may be used for the processing of requests or enquiries, enforcing the terms of the commercial dealings, sending administrative materials to you, our internal business and administrative purposes, research and statistical purposes or other directly related purpose, or for legal, safety or security purposes. Provision of personal data for the mandatory fields is necessary. If you do not provide such personal data, we may not be able to provide you with the products or services you requested. Personal data may be transferred to third parties involved in fulfilling the aforesaid purposes, or such other persons as required by law. A list of classes of persons to whom such personal data may be transferred can be found at www.hongkongdisneyland.com/privacy-legal/. You may request access to, and request correction of, your personal data held by us. Such requests may be made by sending an email to our Personal Data Manager at personaldata@hongkongdisneyland.com.
