"Summer Chill" 4PM Ticket (Hong Kong Residents Exclusive)

Important Details:

1. This offer is only available to guests who hold valid Hong Kong Identity Cards (“Eligible Guests”).
2. This offer is available to Eligible Guests for the purchase of Offer Tickets (as defined below) to the Hong Kong Disneyland Park (the “Park”) on the website (the “Designated Website”) designated by Hongkong International Theme Parks Limited (“HKITP”) from July 24, 2026 to August 31, 2026.
3. Tickets under this offer (“Offer Tickets”) are valid for one visit to the Park after 4:00p.m. on any one date (“Validity Date”) during the period from July 24, 2026 to August 31, 2026 (“Validity Period”).
4. This offer is not applicable to purchase via other sales channels or locations other than the Designated Website.
5. When completing the purchase on the Designated Website, Eligible Guests are required to provide their name, credit card information and other forms of personal data as HKITP may require. A confirmation email will be issued to Eligible Guest upon completion of the purchase.
6. Offer Tickets may only be used by Eligible Guests purchasing the Offer Tickets and their family members or friends (“Accompanying Guests”), who must also be Hong Kong residents and holders of valid Hong Kong Identity Cards, on the Validity Date during the Validity Period. HKITP may require Eligible Guest and/or his/her Accompanying Guests to present his/her personal identification and/or provide such other information as HKITP may require for verification purpose.
7. Eligible Guest and his/her Accompanying Guests must enter the Park at the same time and present the following at the Main Entrance turnstile of the Park in person for verification purpose: (i) proof of payment for the purchase via the Designated Website (for example, by presenting the physical credit card or the digital wallet on Eligible Guests’ mobile devices); (ii) the confirmation email issued for such purchase; and (iii) such photo personal identification as HKITP may require to verify his/her identity as the registered user or holder of the digital wallet used in the purchase.
8. Offer Tickets not used in accordance with these terms and conditions (including but not limited to any Offer Tickets not used in accordance with paragraph 3 within the Validity Period) will be void without compensation, exchange and/or refund.
9. Upon entry to the Park, each guest using the Offer Ticket is required to present his/her Offer Ticket and have his/her photo taken (or present such personal identification^* as HKITP may from time to time require) for verification. The Offer Ticket, handstamp, photo and/or such other personal identification as HKITP may from time to time require are required for re-entry into the Park and ticket upgrade (if applicable). If guest prefers not to have his/her or his/her children’s photo taken, he/she may, before entry to the Park, ask a Cast Member about alternative verification arrangement as HKITP may provide from time to time^#.
   ^* Examples of personal identification include but are not limited: Hong Kong Identity Card, passport or other photo identification acceptable to HKITP (for children aged 3 to 11, school handbook, or birth certificate together with other photo identification; for full-time students aged 12 to 25, school handbook or full-time student card with photo identification).
   ^# Example of alternative verification arrangement may include presenting the photo identification of the relevant guest to our Cast Members and having his/her name printed on or electronically stored with the Offer Ticket. Such name as recorded cannot be changed.
   HKITP may refuse Park admission and/or ticket upgrade to any guest whose age, identity or other eligibility for using the ticket cannot be verified by HKITP.
10. All guests are required to have a valid reservation with valid tickets or membership cards before visiting the Park. Park visit reservation of each type of ticket or membership card is subject to a limited quota. Reservation will not be accepted once the respective quota is full.
11. Guests who have already purchased Magic Access Membership Card (“Magic Access”) or any other tickets, vouchers or other products will not be entitled to any compensation, exchange and/ or refund under this offer.
12. HKITP reserves the right to determine or change (i) the number of attractions, merchandise shops and food and beverage or other locations available in the Park; (ii) the location, capacity, operating hours or operation of any attractions, merchandise shops and food and beverage or other locations; and/or (iii) any other aspect of any attractions, merchandise shops and food and beverage or other locations, in each case, at any time and from time to time in its sole discretion without prior notice, compensation, exchange and/or refund.
13. HKITP may refuse to accept or allow the redemption and use of any Offer Ticket, and withhold or revoke any benefit in this offer, in each case without compensation, exchange and/or refund if in its sole judgment (i) the Offer Ticket and/or benefits under this offer are used for commercial or other unauthorised purposes; (ii) if any of these terms and conditions is violated or not complied with; and/or (iii) if HKITP considers that the circumstances so require.
14. HKITP reserves the right to (i) amend or supplement these terms and conditions; (ii) designate or change the prices, validity and/or block-out dates of any ticket, tour, product, service, offer, discount or promotion; and/or (iii) terminate or suspend the availability of this or any other offer, discount or promotion, in each case, at any time and from time to time without prior notice, compensation, exchange and/or refund.

Offer Ticket Upgrade Terms and Conditions

15. On the Park visit day only, Eligible Guest or Accompanying Guest may, before admission to the Park, upgrade his/her unused Offer Ticket to a regular priced 2-Day Ticket at the ticket booths located at the Main Entrance of the Park by paying the applicable price difference in person, calculated with reference to the regular price of the Offer Ticket purchased and the regular price of the 2-Day Ticket at the time of ticket upgrade. For the avoidance of doubt, upgrade to a 2-Day Ticket may only be made with an unused Offer Ticket valid for Park admission on the same day.
16. On the Park visit day only, Eligible Guest and his/her Accompanying Guests may upgrade his/her unused Offer Ticket to Magic Access on the Website (as defined below) by paying the applicable price difference, calculated with reference to the regular price of the Offer Ticket purchased and the regular price of the type of Magic Access selected at the time of ticket upgrade. If the selected type of Magic Access is priced lower than the Offer Ticket to be upgraded, no refund will be made. Any Magic Access issued upon upgrade will be valid for one year starting from the date of the guest’s first Park visit with the Offer Ticket. Offer Tickets used to upgrade to Magic Access membership shall become void without compensation, exchange and/or refund upon the purchase of such membership. No upgrade to Magic Access may be made after the day the Offer Ticket is used.
17. For the purpose of calculating the price difference for upgrading the Offer Ticket:
    1. each Offer Ticket is valued at HK$480; and
    2. the regular price of the selected 2-Day Ticket or Magic Access (as the case may be) at the time of ticket upgrade shall apply.
18. Upgrade of Offer Tickets are subject to the General Terms and Conditions set out at www.hongkongdisneyland.com/ticket-general-terms-conditions/.

General Terms and Conditions applicable to this offer

19. This offer and its respective components, and the issuance and redemption of this offer and its respective components and admission to the Park or other parts of the Hong Kong Disneyland Resort (“Resort”) are each subject to (i) the “Offer Highlight” and “Important Details” set out in all relevant pages on the Hong Kong Disneyland website at www.hongkongdisneyland.com (“Website”); (ii) these terms and conditions and the General Terms and Conditions at www.hongkongdisneyland.com/ticket-general-terms-conditions/; (iii) the rules and regulations applicable to the location or facility in question (including without limitation, the Park Rules and Regulations and Hotels Rules and Regulations) which are set out on the Website; and (iv) all other requirements, restrictions and changes determined by HKITP in its sole discretion without advance or further notice. HKITP may from time to time, without prior notice and without compensation, exchange and/or refund, (a) make or modify the rules to be followed within the whole or any part of the Resort; (b) change or adjust the entry requirement or the mode of operation (including but not limited to operating hours) of the Resort or any hotel, location, attraction, show, shop, restaurant, facility or amenity thereat; (c) close or adjust the operation for any period the Resort or any part of it; (d) modify, relocate, refurbish or replace any location, attraction, show, shop, restaurant, facility or amenity; (e) restrict the number, class or eligibility of persons having access to the Resort or any part of it; (f) suspend or cancel any attraction, show, facility, amenity or entertainment or marketing program, offering, experience or activity; and/or (g) impose limit on the purchase of any product or use of any service or facility, in each case due to capacity, inclement weather or special events, to ensure safety, health, security or order, or compliance with law, or if HKITP considers that the circumstances so require.
20. Duplicate Offer Tickets will not be accepted. Offer Tickets are void if they are incomplete, altered or tampered with. HKITP shall not be responsible for (and will not issue replacement in respect of) any loss, damage, forgery, theft or fraudulent or unauthorized use of any Offer Tickets. HKITP’s record in relation to issue and usage of Offer Tickets shall be final and conclusive.
21. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between the English version and the other language version of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.
22. These terms and conditions are subject to the interpretation of HKITP which shall be final and conclusive.
23. In case of any dispute, HKITP reserves the right to make final judgment on the dispute and otherwise in respect of this offer.
24. This offer is made available in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People’s Republic of China (“HKSAR”) only. This offer may only be redeemed in the HKSAR in accordance with these terms and conditions. HKITP makes no representation that purchase or redemption of this offer is appropriate or available in other locations and this offer is void in any jurisdiction where purchase or redemption of such an offer is prohibited or restricted by law. Those who choose to purchase or redeem this offer do so on their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws, if and to the extent they are applicable.
25. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the HKSAR.
26. These terms and conditions constitute an agreement between HKITP and the guest purchasing this offer. A person who is not a party to this agreement shall not have any rights under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance (Chapter 623 of the Laws of Hong Kong) to enforce any term of this agreement.
