Overview

Please read the following terms and conditions applicable depending on the product(s) you purchase:

Please also read “G. Other General Terms and Conditions” which are applicable to all purchase on the Hong Kong Disneyland website at www.hongkongdisneyland.com (“Website”) and the Hong Kong Disneyland official mobile application (“App”).

In the event of any conflict or inconsistency among any provisions in this document, the provisions in “G. Other General Terms and Conditions” shall prevail.

  1. General Terms and Conditions relating to 1-Day Tickets
    1. Each 1-Day Ticket is valid for one visit to the Park by one guest on any date specified for its ticket tier or any lower ticket tier within three months commencing from (and including) the date of ticket purchase.
      • The validity dates for a 1-Day Ticket (Tier 1) are the dates specified for “Tier 1” in the Ticket Tier Calendar within three months of purchase.
      • The validity dates for a 1-Day Ticket (Tier 2) are the dates specified for “Tier 1” or “Tier 2” in the Ticket Tier Calendar within three months of purchase.
      • The validity dates for a 1-Day Ticket (Tier 3) are the dates specified for “Tier 1”, “Tier 2” or “Tier 3” in the Ticket Tier Calendar within three months of purchase.
      • The validity dates for a 1-Day Ticket (Tier 4) are the dates specified for “Tier 1”, “Tier 2”, “Tier 3” or “Tier 4” in the Ticket Tier Calendar within three months of purchase.
    2. The validity dates specified for different ticket tiers in the next three months are set out in the Ticket Tier Calendar available here. The Ticket Tier Calendar and dates are subject to the Park’s operations and may be changed at any time and from time to time. Guests are advised to check the latest Ticket Tier Calendar at the time of purchase.
    3. Each 1-Day Ticket must be used by the same guest.
    4. All guests are required to have a valid reservation with valid tickets or membership cards before visiting the Park. Park visit reservation of each type of ticket or membership card is subject to a limited quota. Reservation will not be accepted once the respective quota is full.
    5. Upon entry to the Park, guest is required to present his/her ticket and have his/her photo taken (or present such personal identification* as Hongkong International Theme Parks Limited ("HKITP") may from time to time require) for verification. The ticket, handstamp, photo and/or such other personal identification as HKITP may from time to time require are required for re-entry into the Park and ticket upgrade (if applicable). If guest prefers not to have his/her or his/her children’s photo taken, he/she may, before entry to the Park, ask a Cast Member about alternative verification arrangement as HKITP may provide from time to time#.
      *Examples of personal identification include but are not limited to: Hong Kong Identity Card, passport or other photo identification acceptable to HKITP (for children aged 3 to 11, school handbook, or birth certificate together with other photo identification; for full-time students aged 12 to 25, school handbook or full-time student card with photo identification).
      #Example of alternative verification arrangement may include presenting the photo identification of the relevant guest to our Cast Members and having his/her name printed on or electronically stored with the 1-Day Ticket. Such name as recorded cannot be changed.
    6. HKITP may refuse Park admission and/or ticket upgrade to any guest whose age, identity or other eligibility for using the ticket cannot be verified by HKITP.
  2. General Terms and Conditions relating to 2-Day Tickets
    1. Each 2-Day Offer Ticket is valid for two visits to the Park by one and the same guest; the first Park visit must be within three months from the date of purchase, and the second visit must be within 6 days after the first visit.
    2. All guests holding a 2-Day ticket are only required to have a valid reservation for their first Park visit before visiting the Park. Park visit reservation of each type of ticket or membership card is subject to a limited quota. Reservation will not be accepted once the respective quota is full.
    3. Upon entry to the Park, guest is required to present his/her ticket and have his/her photo taken (or present such personal identification* as Hongkong International Theme Parks Limited ("HKITP") may from time to time require) for verification. The ticket, handstamp, photo and/or such other personal identification as HKITP may from time to time require are required for re-entry into the Park and ticket upgrade (if applicable). If guest prefers not to have his/her or his/her children’s photo taken, he/she may, before entry to the Park, ask a Cast Member about alternative verification arrangement as HKITP may provide from time to time#.
        *Examples of personal identification include but are not limited to: Hong Kong Identity Card, passport or other photo identification acceptable to HKITP (for children aged 3 to 11, school handbook, or birth certificate together with other photo identification; for full-time students aged 12 to 25, school handbook or full-time student card with photo identification).
        #Example of alternative verification arrangement may include presenting the photo identification of the relevant guest to our Cast Members and having his/her name printed on or electronically stored with the 2-Day Ticket. Such name as recorded cannot be changed.
    4. Upgrade from 1-Day Tickets
        4.1 Guests with unused and unexpired 1-Day Tickets may upgrade such tickets to 2-Day Tickets at the then published rates by paying the applicable price difference. The applicable price difference depends on the purchase price of such 1-Day Tickets and the then published rates of 2-Day Tickets.
        4.2 Upgrade can be done at the ticket booths or guest relations locations at the Main Entrance of the Park, the front desk of a Hotel.
        4.3 Used or expired 1-Day Tickets, and 1-Day Tickets specified as non-upgradable (either as specified on such tickets or as stated in their issue terms and conditions) may not be upgraded.
    5. HKITP may refuse Park admission and/or ticket upgrade to any guest whose age, identity or other eligibility for using the tickets cannot be verified by HKITP.
  3. General Terms and Conditions relating to Tickets Upgrade to Magic Access
    1. Subject to the Magic Access Terms and Conditions and terms and conditions applicable to the relevant offer or promotion (if any), unused tickets may be upgraded to Magic Access Membership Card by paying the applicable price difference. The applicable price difference depends on the ticket purchase price and the type of Magic Access Membership Card selected.
    2. Tickets may only be upgraded to Magic Access Membership Card during the validity period of the tickets. Tickets may not be upgraded to Magic Access Membership Card after the date of Park visit or after the ticket’s validity period, whichever is earlier.
    3. Except as otherwise specified by HKITP in the terms and conditions applicable to the ticket or the relevant offer or promotion (if any), membership issued upon upgrade will be valid for one year starting from the date of the guest’s first Park visit with the Park ticket.
    4. Tickets specified as non-upgradable on the tickets or in their terms and conditions may not be upgraded.
    5. If the selected Magic Access Membership Card is priced lower than the ticket to be upgraded, no refund will be made.
    6. All guests are required to have a valid reservation with valid tickets or membership cards before visiting the Park. Park visit reservation of each type of ticket or membership card is subject to a limited quota. Reservation will not be accepted once the respective quota is full.
  4. General Terms and Conditions relating to Food and Beverage Promotion and Redemption in Park and Hotels
    1. Food and beverage promotion or redemption vouchers (“F&B Vouchers”) may only be used at the designated restaurants (as stated on the F&B Voucher or confirmation e-mail or letter relating to the F&B Voucher) and must be used during the designated validity period.
    2. F&B Voucher must be presented at the time of ordering and payment. Printed F&B Vouchers may be collected upon usage.
    3. Redemption of food and beverage items with F&B Voucher is subject to availability of such items and the operating hours of the designated food and beverage location at the time of redemption.
    4. HKITP reserves the right to determine, change or adjust the following aspects of each restaurant or location, in each case, in its sole and absolute discretion: (a) the prices of food and beverage items; (b) the menu; (c) the mode of operation, including but not limited to, the operating hours, (d) the capacity, and (e) the number and eligibility of persons to be admitted. Guests may refer to the Park guidemap for the location of the Quick Service and Table Service restaurants and outdoor vending carts in the Park, and to hongkongdisneyland.com/dining or the Park mobile app for the locations and operating hours of restaurants in the Park and at the Hotel.
    5. A 10% service charge will apply based on original price (if applicable).
    6. Guests must be holding a valid Park admission ticket to enter the Park and use the F&B Voucher.
    7. Use of the products, services, facilities or amenities offered at the Hotel (including without limitation, the Hotel car park) is subject to availability and applicable charges, which may be changed by HKITP at any time and from time to time in its sole discretion. For applicable charges and other details, please refer to the Website. 
  5. General Terms and Conditions relating to Merchandise Promotion and Redemption in Park and Hotels
    1. Vouchers for merchandise promotion or redemption (each a “Merchandise Voucher”) must be used at designated merchandise locations during the designated validity period.
    2. Merchandise Vouchers must be presented at the time of purchase or redemption, as applicable. Printed Merchandise Vouchers may be collected upon usage.
    3. No exchange or refund will be made on any redeemed merchandise items. In the event any condition of using the Merchandise Voucher (including without limitation, any spending requirement) can no longer be met after any purchased merchandise item is refunded or exchanged, HKITP may require any merchandise item redeemed using a Merchandise Voucher be returned or the applicable price difference be paid to HKITP.  HKITP may refuse to accept any request for refund or exchange for any transaction involving a Merchandise Voucher. 
    4. Merchandise items may only be redeemed while stock lasts. In the event that a particular type or style of merchandise item is out of stock, HKITP may, but is not obliged to, offer other substitute merchandise items for redemption or discount as HKITP determines as appropriate in its sole discretion with no prior notice.
    5. HKITP reserves the right to determine the prices of the merchandise items and to change the operating hours of the merchandise locations in its sole and absolute discretion.
    6. Merchandise e-Vouchers may not be used for purchase of photos, photography service, PANDORA Jewelry, Chow Tai Fook jewelry, co-branded merchandise (e.g. GODIVA, LEGO® items, FUJIFILM items and Starbucks® items, Wooderful Life etc.), non-Disney items (e.g. convenience items, drugs), media products, Magical Goodie Bags, personalized services, spending at Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique, merchandise reserved, ordered or purchased online or outside the Park or the Hotels, Magic Prize and other selected items which HKITP may from time to time specify.
    7. Guests must be holding a valid Park admission ticket to enter the Park and use the Merchandise Voucher.
    8. Use of the products, services, facilities or amenities offered at the Hotel (including without limitation, the Hotel car park) is subject to availability and applicable charges, which may be changed by HKITP at any time and from time to time in its sole discretion. For applicable charges and other details, please refer to the Website. 
  6. General Terms and Conditions relating to Disney Premier Access
    1. Disney Premier Access (“Pass”) may be used for priority admission to and/or admission to the viewing area of designated attractions and/or designated shows in the Park, subject to these terms and conditions. The attractions and the shows for which the Pass may be used are available on the Pass offer page on the Website and the App.
    2. Passes are available for purchase on the Website and the App.
    3. Guests may not cancel or amend the validity date and other details of the Pass after the purchase.
    4. The Pass does not include admission to the Park. To use the Pass, guests are required to have valid admission tickets and Park visit reservation for the validity date of the Pass.
    5. Except as otherwise provided in the other terms and conditions applicable to the Pass, Passes purchased on the Website will be issued and stored in the confirmation email issued to guest after the purchase; Passes purchased through the App will be issued and stored in the “My Purchases” section of the App (collectively, “Pass Confirmation”). Passes are only valid for use on the date printed on the Pass Confirmation. Passes not used on the validity date will be void without exchange, refund or compensation.
    6. The Pass must be used by the same guest on its validity date. HKITP may require the guest to present his/her personal identification or provide such other information as HKITP may require for verification purpose.
    7. The issuance and use of the Pass and admission to the Park and use of the facilities there is each subject to (i) these terms and conditions; and/or (ii) the “Offer Highlight”, “Product Page” and “Important Details” set out in the Pass offer page and purchase page on the Website and the App.
    8. HKITP reserves the right at any time to refuse to accept the Pass or allow priority entrance to any attraction or show without refund or compensation if in its sole judgment (i) the Pass and/or its benefits are used for commercial or other unauthorised purposes; (ii) if any of these Terms and Conditions is violated or not complied with; and/or (iii) if HKITP considers that the circumstances so require.
    9. Use of the Pass at attractions are further subject to the following terms and conditions:
      i. Pass holders shall present the Pass Confirmation storing his/her Pass at the designated queue of each selected attraction. Neither the Pass nor the designated queue guarantees immediate admission or enjoyment of any attraction.
      ii. The Pass may only be used once for priority entrance to the selected attraction during its operating hours.
      iii. Access to an attraction is subject to the safety rules and other conditions applicable to the attraction. Guests who do not meet or pass the boarding requirements or any other applicable conditions cannot ride / access to the attraction.
      iv. If a selected attraction is closed on the validity date of the Pass, the Pass may be used once for priority entrance on the same day to one other attraction listed by HKITP for the Pass, subject to the availability, capacity and operating hours of such substitute attraction. No refund, extension or other compensation will be provided.
    10. Use of the Pass for shows are further subject to the following terms and conditions:
         i. Each Pass only allows the Pass holder one-time admission in person to the viewing area for each designated show on the validity date of the Pass. If guest has selected a timeslot for a show prior to the show time, the Pass may only be used for the show at the selected timeslot.
         ii. Free standing room or seating room in the viewing area of the show are available on a first come first served basis.
         iii. Pass holder must present his/her Pass at the entrance of the show’s viewing area at least 20 minutes (or such other time specified in the relevant Pass offer page) prior to the start of the show. Late entry may not be allowed. 
         iv. HKITP reserves the right to determine or change (i) the time of each show, (ii) the location, capacity, operating hours or operation of the viewing area, and/or (iii) any other aspect of the show, in each case, at any time and from time to time in its sole discretion without prior notice, refund or compensation.
    11. Use of the Pass for shows at Disney’s Storybook Theater are further subject to the following terms and conditions:
         i. When purchasing the Pass, guest is required to select his/her preferred timeslot for the show on the validity date of the Pass. The selected timeslot may not be changed once it is confirmed.
         ii. If the selected show is cancelled on the validity date of the Pass, the Pass may be used once for entry to the same show at another timeslot on the same day listed by HKITP for the Pass, subject to the availability, capacity and operating hours of the show.
    12. Use of the Pass for the nighttime show at Castle are further subject to the following terms and conditions:
         i. If the nighttime show is cancelled on the validity date of the Pass, guest may receive a one-time HK$120 discount on any single merchandise purchase at any merchandise store in the Park on the validity date of the Pass.
         ii. To use the shopping credit, guest must present his/her Pass in person at the time of payment for the merchandise purchase.
         iii. The shopping credit may be used once only.
         iv. The shopping credit not used on the validity date of the Pass will be void without exchange, refund or compensation.
         v. The Shopping Credit is not applicable to the purchase of photos, photography service, PANDORA Jewelry, CHOW TAI FOOK jewelries, co-branded merchandise (e.g. LEGO® items, FUJIFILM items and Starbucks® items, , Wooderful Life etc.), non-Disney items (e.g. convenience items, drugs), media products, Magical Goodie Bags, personalized services, spending at Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique, merchandise reserved, ordered or purchased online or outside the Hong Kong Disneyland Resort, Magic Prize and other selected items which HKITP may from time to time specify.
         vi. The shopping credit may not be used in conjunction with any other discount or promotion.
         vii. HKITP reserves the right to determine or change the prices of the merchandise items and the operating hours of the merchandise stores in its sole and absolute discretion.
  7. Other General Terms and Conditions
    1. Unless otherwise specified, references to “tickets”, “passes”, “coupons”, “vouchers” and “confirmation” in these terms and conditions mean the printed or electronic copy of the tickets, passes, coupons, vouchers or confirmation (as the case may be), in each case issued by HKITP and bearing a true and complete QR code, barcode, confirmation number or other evidence for admission or redemption.
    2. HKITP reserves the right to (i) amend or supplement these terms and conditions; (ii) change the prices and validity for any product, service, offer, discount or promotion; (iii) change any block-out date, and (iv) terminate or suspend the availability of any product, service, offer, discount or promotion, in each case, at any time and from time to time without prior notice.
    3. Issue of tickets, passes, coupons, vouchers, and confirmations, provision of products, services, redemption of offers, discounts or promotions and admission to the Park, the Hotel or other parts of the Hong Kong Disneyland Resort (“Resort”) and use of the facilities there are each subject to (i) the “Important Details” set out in all relevant offer pages on the Website, (ii) these terms and conditions, (iii) the rules and regulations applicable to the location or facility in question (including without limitation, the Park Rules and Regulations and/or the Hotel Rules and Regulations, and (iv) all other requirements, restrictions and changes determined by HKITP in its sole discretion without advance or further notice. HKITP may from time to time, without prior notice and without refund or compensation, (a) make or modify the rules to be followed within the whole or any part of the Resort, (b) change or adjust the entry requirement or the mode of operation (including but not limited to operating hours) of the Resort or any location, attraction, show, shop, restaurant, facility or amenity thereat, (c) close or adjust the operation for any period the Resort or any part of it, (d) restrict the number, class or eligibility of persons having access to the Resort or any part of it, (e) suspend or cancel any attraction, show, facility, amenity or entertainment or marketing program, offering or activity, and/or (f) impose limit on the purchase of any product or use of any service or facility, in each case due to capacity, inclement weather or special events, to ensure safety, health, security or order, or compliance with law, or if HKITP considers that the circumstances so require.
    4. Except as otherwise provided in these terms and conditions or other applicable terms and conditions, the products, services, offers, discounts, promotions and the components and benefits therein are not for re-sale, are non-transferable, non-refundable and non-exchangeable, either in whole or in part, for cash or any other items, and may not be used in conjunction with other promotions, discounts or offers.
    5. Except as otherwise provided in the applicable terms and conditions, guests must enter the Park with a valid Park admission ticket to use or redeem any item, offer or promotion made available in the Park. Children aged below 3 receive free Park admission.
    6. All guests are required to have a valid reservation with valid tickets or membership cards before visiting the Park. Park visit reservation of each type of ticket or membership card is subject to a limited quota. Reservation will not be accepted once the respective quota is full.
    7. Upon entry to the Park, guest is required to present his/her ticket and have his/her photo taken (or present such personal identification* as HKITP may from time to time require) for verification. The ticket, photo and/or such other personal identification as HKITP may from time to time require are required for re-entry into the Park and ticket upgrade (if applicable). If guest prefers not to have his/her or his/her children’s photo taken, he/she may, before entry to the Park, ask a Cast Member about alternative verification arrangement as HKITP may provide from time to time#. Different personal identification requirements may apply to Magic Access. For details, please refer to the Magic Access Terms and Conditions available on the Website and the App.

    8. HKITP may refuse Park admission and/or ticket upgrade to any guest whose age, identity or other eligibility cannot be verified by HKITP.
    9. Guests must be 18 years old or above to purchase tickets, passes, coupons, vouchers through the Website or the App (“Online Purchase”). Guests effecting any Online Purchase must input the requested information, including guests’ names and other forms of personal data as HKITP may require.
    10. Guests represent and warrant that the payment information provided for the Online Purchase is true and accurate. Guests further represent and warrant that they are authorised to use the payment method used for the Online Purchase.
    11. Amount charged in connection with the Online Purchase may be subject to such exchange rate, service fee and/or other administrative charge as determined and charged by the payment service provider from time to time.
    12. Guests must be the registered holder of the payment card or the registered user of the digital wallet used for the Online Purchase.
    13. In order to redeem tickets, offers or other products purchased on the Website or the App, guests need to present (i) evidence of payment  for the Online Purchase (for example, by presenting the physical credit card or the digital wallet on guests’ mobile device used for the Online Purchase); (ii) the confirmation issued for such Online Purchase; and (iii) such photo personal identification as HKITP may from time to time require to verify their identities as the registered holder of the payment card or as the registered user of the digital wallet used for the Online Purchase.
    14. Products and services must be used within their validity date(s) printed on the relevant ticket, pass, voucher or confirmation, or if no validity date(s) is so printed, as specified in the terms and conditions applicable to the product in question. Products and services not used within the specified validity period will be void without compensation, refund or exchange.
    15. Each ticket, pass, coupon, voucher and confirmation may be used once only. Duplicate, used or incomplete ticket, pass, coupon, voucher and confirmation will not be accepted. Tickets, passes, coupon, vouchers and confirmation are void if altered or tampered with. HKITP shall not be responsible for (and will not issue replacement in respect of) any loss, damage, forgery, theft or fraudulent or unauthorized use of any ticket, pass, voucher or confirmation. HKITP’s record in relation to issue and usage of tickets, coupon, vouchers and confirmation shall be final and conclusive.
    16. These terms and conditions are subject to the interpretation of HKITP which shall be final and conclusive. HKITP reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions or to terminate the availability of any tickets, passes, coupon, vouchers, offers or promotions without any prior notice.
    17. In the event of disputes regarding these terms and conditions or other matters relating to any tickets, passes, coupon, vouchers, offers or promotions, HKITP reserves the right to make final judgment on the dispute.
    18. Proof of dispatch cannot be accepted as proof of delivery. HKITP shall not be liable for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delaying operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft, destruction, alteration of or unauthorized access to the offer website or mobile app, or transaction data or record lost or delayed, whether or not arising during operation of or transmission on the offer website or mobile app, as a result of server functions, viruses, bugs or other causes outside its control.
    19. HKITP is not responsible for any event of force majeure, any problems or technical malfunctions of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers, providers, computer equipment, software failure or any email or registration to be received on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet, telephone lines, any website or any mobile app, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to guest’s or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from participating in, or downloading any materials relating to, such transaction.
    20. HKITP reserves the right to disqualify any guest from usage of ticket, pass, coupon, voucher, confirmation or any offer if HKITP has reasonable grounds to believe that the guest has breached any of these terms and conditions. HKITP may, at its discretion with or without cause, refuse to admit any person or persons to the Resort or any part thereof at any time, or to require any person or persons already admitted to leave, without refund or compensation.
    21. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between the English version and the other language version of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.
    22. These terms and conditions and any related offer are made, and shall be governed by and construed, in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People’s Republic of China (“HKSAR”). An offer may only be redeemed in the HKSAR in person by eligible guests in accordance with these terms and conditions. HKITP makes no representation that admission to the Resort or any participation in an offer is appropriate or available in other locations and an offer is void in any jurisdiction where participation in such an offer is prohibited or restricted by law. Those who choose to participate in an offer do so on their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws, if and to the extent they are applicable.
    23. These terms and conditions constitute an agreement between HKITP and the person making the purchase with HKITP in the designated sales location(s) (including the Website and the App). A person who is not a party to this agreement shall not have any rights under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance (Chapter 623 of the Laws of Hong Kong) to enforce any term of this agreement.
