What should I do if I lose my Disney PhotoPass card?
A.
If you are still at the Resort, it may be possible to recover some or all of your photos. Visit any photo sales location and a Cast Member will try to locate your photos and provide you with a replacement card.

If you have purchased photos and are unable to locate your card after you leave the Resort, please sign in to the Disney PhotoPass website. Select “Lost Disney PhotoPass” and submit the form. We will do everything possible to locate your pictures.
