“Happier Together” Advance Purchase Ticket Deal (Hong Kong Resident Exclusive) – Terms and Conditions

Important Details:
  1. This offer is only available to guests who hold valid Hong Kong Identity Cards (“Eligible Guests”).
  2. This offer is only applicable to purchase of at least two but no more than five 1-Day General Admission Ticket(s) or 1-Day Child/Senior Ticket(s) of any tier (“Offer Tickets”) per transaction per Eligible Guest during the offer period from January 21, 2026 to April 30, 2026 (“Package”) to the Hong Kong Disneyland Park (“Park”) from the website designated by Hongkong International Theme Parks Limited (“HKITP”) (“Designated Website”).
  3. The Offer Tickets must be purchased at least three days before the date of Park admission.
  4. This offer is not applicable to purchase via other sales channels or locations other than the Designated Website.
  5. When completing the purchase on the Designated Website, Eligible Guests are required to provide his/her name, credit card information and other forms of personal data as HKITP may require. A confirmation email will be issued to the Eligible Guest purchasing the Package on the Designated Website.
  6. Each Offer Ticket is valid for one visit to the Park by the Eligible Guest purchasing the Offer Tickets and his/her family members or friends (“Accompanying Guests”) on the date selected upon purchase and as specified on the Offer Ticket, which shall be any date between January 24, 2026 to May 3, 2026 (“Validity Date”). Once an Offer Ticket is purchased, the selected Validity Date may not be changed.
  7. Each Offer Ticket is issued together with the following e-Vouchers (“e-Vouchers”):
    1. one e-Voucher for 10% discount for a single transaction with a net total spending of HK$350 or above at any merchandise store in the Park (“Merchandise Discount e-Voucher”); and
    2. one e-Voucher for HK$10 discount off with minimum net spending of HK$100 or above in a single transaction at Midtown Delights in the Park (“Midtown Delights e-Voucher”).
  8. Offer Tickets and e-Vouchers may only be used by the Eligible Guest and Accompanying Guests who must either (i) hold a valid Hong Kong Identity Card; or (ii) (if aged 3 to 11) a valid Hong Kong birth certificate or a recent school handbook with photo identification issued by a school located in Hong Kong.
  9. The Offer Tickets and e-Vouchers must be used by the same Eligible Guest or his/her Accompanying Guests on the Validity Date. HKITP may require the Eligible Guest or his/her Accompanying Guests to present his/her personal identification or provide such other information as HKITP may require for verification purpose.
  10. The Eligible Guest and his/her Accompanying Guests using the Offer Tickets purchased under the same Package must enter the Park at the same time and present the following at the Main Entrance turnstile of the Park in person for verification purpose (i) proof of payment for the purchase via the Designated Website (for example, by presentation of the physical credit card or the digital wallet on guests’ mobile device); (ii) the confirmation email issued for such purchase; and (iii) such photo personal identification as HKITP may require to verify his/her identity as the registered user or holder of the digital wallet used in the purchase.
  11. Tickets and e-Vouchers not used (i) in accordance with these terms and conditions; (ii) on the Validity Date; or (iii) together with the other Offer Tickets purchased under the same Package will be void without compensation, exchange and/or refund.
  12. Offer Tickets and e-Vouchers are not for re-sale, and are non-transferable, non-refundable and non-exchangeable, either in whole or in part, for cash or any other items, and may not be used in conjunction with other promotions or discounts.
  13. Guests who have already purchased Magic Access Membership Card (“Magic Access”) or any other tickets, vouchers or other products will not be entitled to any compensation, exchange and/or refund under this offer.
  14. Upon entry to the Park, each guest is required to present his/her ticket and have his/her photo taken (or present such personal identification* as HKITP may from time to time require) for verification. The ticket, handstamp, photo and/or such other personal identification as HKITP may from time to time require are required for re-entry into the Park. If the guest prefers not to have his/her or his/her child’s photo taken, he/she may, before entry to the Park, ask a Cast Member about alternative verification arrangement as HKITP may provide from time to time#.
    * Examples of personal identification include but are not limited to: Hong Kong Identity Card, passport or other photo identification acceptable to HKITP (for children aged 3 to 11, school handbook, or birth certificate together with other photo identification; for full-time students aged 12 to 25, school handbook or full-time student card with photo identification).
    # Example of alternative verification arrangement may include presenting the photo identification of the relevant guest to our Cast Members and having his/her name printed on or electronically stored with the ticket. Such name as recorded cannot be changed.
    HKITP may refuse Park admission to any guest whose age, identity or other eligibility for using the ticket cannot be verified by HKITP.
  15. HKITP reserves the right to determine or change (i) the number of attractions, merchandise shops and food and beverage or other locations available in the Park, (ii) the location, capacity, operating hours or operation of any attractions, merchandise shops and food and beverage or other locations, and/or (iii) any other aspect of any attractions, merchandise shops and food and beverage or other locations, in each case, at any time and from time to time in its sole discretion without prior notice, compensation, exchange and/or refund.
  16. HKITP may refuse to accept or allow the redemption and use of any Offer Ticket or e-Voucher, and withhold or revoke any benefit in this offer, in each case without compensation, exchange and/or refund if in its sole judgment (i) the Offer Ticket, e-Voucher and/or benefits under this offer are used for commercial or other unauthorised purposes; (ii) if any of these terms and conditions is violated or not complied with; and/or (iii) if HKITP considers that the circumstances so require.
  17. HKITP reserves the right to (i) amend or supplement these terms and conditions; (ii) designate or change the prices, validity and/or block-out dates of any ticket, tour, product, service, offer, discount or promotion; and (iii) terminate or suspend the availability of this or any other offer, discount or promotion, in each case, at any time and from time to time without prior notice, compensation, exchange and/or refund.
Terms and Conditions applicable to Offer Ticket Upgrade
  1. On the Park visit day only, Eligible Guests and his/her Accompanying Guests using an Offer Ticket may, before admission to the Park, upgrade his/her unused Offer Ticket to a regular priced 2-Day Ticket at the ticket booths located at the Main Entrance of the Park by paying the applicable price difference in person, calculated with reference to the regular price of the Offer Ticket purchased and the regular price of the 2-Day Ticket at the time of ticket upgrade. For the avoidance of doubt, upgrade to a 2-Day Ticket may only be made with an unused Offer Ticket valid for Park admission on the same day.
  2. On the Park visit day only, Eligible Guests and his/her Accompanying Guests using an Offer Ticket may upgrade his/her Offer Ticket to Magic Access at the Website by paying the applicable price difference in person, calculated with reference to the regular price of the Offer Ticket purchased and the regular price of the type of Magic Access selected at the time of ticket upgrade. If the selected type of Magic Access is priced lower than the Offer Ticket to be upgraded, no refund will be made. Any Magic Access issued upon upgrade will be valid for one year starting from the date of the guest’s first Park visit with the Offer Ticket. No upgrade to Magic Access may be made after the day when the Offer Ticket is used.
  3. For the purpose of calculating the price difference for upgrading the Offer Ticket:
    1. in respect of Offer Tickets:
      1. each Offer Ticket (Tier 1) is valued at HK$501 (General Admission) or HK$374 (Child/ Senior) respectively;
      2. each Offer Ticket (Tier 2) is valued at HK$569 (General Admission) or HK$426 (Child/ Senior) respectively;
      3. each Offer Ticket (Tier 3) is valued at HK$636 (General Admission) or HK$479 (Child/ Senior) respectively; and
      4. each Offer Ticket (Tier 4) is valued at HK$704 (General Admission) or HK$528 (Child/ Senior) respectively;
    2. the regular price of the selected 2-Day Ticket or Magic Access (as the case may be) at the time of ticket upgrade shall apply.
  4. Upgrade of Offer Tickets are subject to the General Terms and Conditions set out at www.hongkongdisneyland.com/ticket-general-terms-conditions/.
Merchandise Discount e-Voucher Terms and Conditions
  1. Only one (1) Merchandise Discount e-Voucher may be used in a single transaction with a net total spending of HK$350 or above at any merchandise store in the Park, subject to paragraph 23 below.
  2. The Merchandise Discount e-Voucher is not valid for the purchase of Disney Collectible Medallion, photo, photography service, CHOW TAI FOOK jewelry, Collectible items, Starbucks®, non-Disney/ convenience items (e.g. drugs), media product, personalized service, embroidery service, spending at Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique, merchandise reserved, ordered or purchased online or outside the Resort, Magic Prize, charity items and other selected items which HKITP may from time to time specify.
  3. The Merchandise Discount E-voucher is for one-time use only and must be used on the day of Park admission using the Offer Ticket under this offer and during the operating hours of the merchandise stores.
  4. The Merchandise Discount E-voucher must be presented at the time of purchase and payment together with the valid Offer Ticket under this offer.
  5. All merchandise items purchased using the Merchandise Discount e-Vouchers are subject to the exchange and refund policy printed on the back of original sales receipts.
  6. If the net value of a merchandise purchase after any refund or exchange is lower than HK$350, the Merchandise Discount e-Voucher will be forfeited. The guest receiving the refund or exchange shall pay HKITP the amount of any discount, offer or benefit received, and return to HKITP any gift redeemed, as applicable.
Midtown Delights e-Voucher Terms and Conditions
  1. Only one (1) Midtown Delights e-Voucher may be used to enjoy HK$10 discount with minimum net spending of HK$100 or above in a single transaction at Midtown Delights in the Park.
  2. The Midtown Delights e-Voucher is for one-time use only and must be used on the day of Park admission using the Offer Ticket under this offer and during the operating hours of Midtown Delights in the park. HKITP reserves the right to determine the prices of food and beverage served in, and the operating hours at its sole and absolute discretion.
  3. The Midtown Delights e-Voucher must be presented at the time of ordering and payment together with the valid Offer Ticket under this offer.
  4. Food and beverage items are subject to availability and may change without prior notice.
General Terms and Conditions applicable to this offer
  1. This offer and its respective components, and the issuance and redemption of this offer and its respective components and admission to the Park or other parts of the Hong Kong Disneyland Resort (“Resort”) there are each subject to (i) the “Offer Highlight” and “Important Details” set out in all relevant pages on the website; (ii) these terms and conditions and the General Terms and Conditions at www.hongkongdisneyland.com/ticket-general-terms-conditions/; (iii) the rules and regulations applicable to the location or facility in question (including without limitation, the Park Rules and Regulations and Hotels Rules and Regulations) which are set out on the Website, and (iv) all other requirements, restrictions and changes determined by HKITP in its sole discretion without advance or further notice. HKITP may from time to time, without prior notice and without compensation, exchange and/or refund, (a) make or modify the rules to be followed within the whole or any part of the Resort; (b) change or adjust the entry requirement or the mode of operation (including but not limited to operating hours) of the Resort or any hotel, location, attraction, show, shop, restaurant, facility or amenity thereat; (c) close or adjust the operation for any period the Resort or any part of it; (d) modify, relocate, refurbish or replace any location, attraction, show, shop, restaurant, facility or amenity; (e) restrict the number, class or eligibility of persons having access to the Resort or any part of it; (f) suspend or cancel any attraction, show, facility, amenity or entertainment or marketing program, offering, experience or activity; and/or (g) impose limit on the purchase of any product or use of any service or facility, in each case due to capacity, inclement weather or special events, to ensure safety, health, security or order, or compliance with law, or if HKITP considers that the circumstances so require.
  2. Duplicate Offer Tickets and e-Vouchers will not be accepted. Incomplete, damaged or altered Offer Tickets and e-Vouchers will be void without compensation, exchange and/or refund. Lost Offer Tickets or e-Vouchers will not be replaced. HKITP shall not be responsible for (and will not issue replacement in respect of) any loss, damage, forgery, theft or fraudulent or unauthorized use of any Offer Tickets and e-Vouchers. HKITP’s record in relation to issue and usage of Offer Tickets and e-Vouchers shall be final and conclusive.
  3. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between the English version and the other language version of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.
  4. These terms and conditions are subject to the interpretation of HKITP which shall be final and conclusive.
  5. In case of any dispute, HKITP reserves the right to make final judgment on the dispute and otherwise in respect of this offer.
  6. This offer is made available in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People’s Republic of China (“HKSAR”) only. This offer may only be redeemed in the HKSAR in accordance with these terms and conditions. HKITP makes no representation that purchase or redemption of this offer is appropriate or available in other locations and this offer is void in any jurisdiction where purchase or redemption of such an offer is prohibited or restricted by law. Those who choose to purchase or redeem this offer do so on their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws, if and to the extent they are applicable.
  7. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the HKSAR.
  8. These terms and conditions constitute an agreement between HKITP and the guest purchasing this offer. A person who is not a party to this agreement shall not have any rights under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance (Chapter 623 of the Laws of Hong Kong) to enforce any term of this agreement.

Personal data collected in connection with or upon the purchase, issue or provision of tickets, tours, other products and services may be used for the processing of requests or enquiries, enforcing the terms of the commercial dealings, sending administrative materials to you, our internal business and administrative purposes, research and statistical purposes or other directly related purpose, or for legal, safety or security purposes. Provision of personal data for the mandatory fields is necessary. If you do not provide such personal data, we may not be able to provide you with the products or services you requested. Personal data may be transferred to third parties involved in fulfilling the aforesaid purposes, or such other persons as required by law.
