Disney Premier Access – “Pixar Pals Spectacular”, Nighttime Spectacular, 8 Attractions and 1 Show – Terms and Conditions

Important Details
  1. Disney Premier Access – “Pixar Pals Spectacular”, Nighttime Spectacular, 8 Attractions and 1 Show (“Pass”) may be used for one-time (i) priority admission to the 8 designated attractions (“Attractions”), (ii) entry to designated viewing area (“Designated Viewing Area”) of “Pixar Pals Spectacular” show (““Pixar Pals Spectacular” Show”) and Nighttime Spectacular show (“Nighttime Spectacular Show”, collectively, the “Shows”) and (iii) priority admission to the designated theater show (“Theater Show”) in the Hong Kong Disneyland Park (“Park”) as set out on the Pass offer page on the Hong Kong Disneyland website (“Website”) and the Hong Kong Disneyland official mobile application (“App”), subject to these terms and conditions.
  2. Pass is available for purchase during such period as may be designated by Hongkong International Theme Parks Limited (“HKITP”) from time to time on the Website, the App and such other channels as may be designated by HKITP from time to time, subject to availability and quota for the respective sales channels.
  3. When completing the online purchase, guest is required to (i) sign in to his/her MyDisney HK account, (ii) select the type of the Pass, (iii) select the preferred date of visit and time slot of the Theater Show and Attractions (if any) and (iv) provide his/her payment method information and other forms of personal data as HKITP may require. A confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided at the time of purchase.
  4. Pass will be issued and stored in the following Pass media: (i) for Pass purchased on the Website and the App, in the “My Purchases” page of the Web and “My Disney Premier Access & More” section of the App; or (ii) for Pass purchased via other online sales channels, in the confirmation email issued to guest (collectively, “Pass Media”).
  5. Guests may not cancel or amend the validity date and other details of Pass after the purchase.
  6. Passes are only valid for use on the date (“Validity Date”) or time slot (“Time Slot”) printed on the Pass Media. Passes not used on Validity Date or Time Slot (if any) will be void without compensation, exchange and/or refund.
  7. Pass is not for re-sale, is non-transferable, non-refundable, non-exchangeable and subject to availability.
  8. Pass must be used by the same guest on Validity Date. HKITP may require the guest to present his/her personal identification or provide such other information as HKITP may require for verification purpose.
  9. Pass does not include admission to the Park. To use Pass, guests are required to have valid admission tickets and Park visit reservation for the Validity Date. Park visit reservations are subject to limited quota.
  10. HKITP reserves the right at any time to refuse to accept the Pass, allow priority admission to any Attraction and/or Theater Show, and/or entry to Designated Viewing Area of a Show without refund and/or compensation if in its sole judgment (i) the Pass and/or its benefits are used for commercial or other unauthorised purposes; (ii) if any of these terms and conditions is violated or not complied with; and/or (iii) if HKITP considers that the circumstances so require.
  11. HKITP reserves the right to (i) amend or supplement these terms and conditions; (ii) designate or change the prices, types, validity, availability and/or block-out dates of any Pass, ticket, tour, product, service, offer, discount or promotion; and (iii) terminate or suspend the availability of any Pass, offer, discount or promotion, in each case, at any time and from time to time without prior notice, compensation, exchange and/or refund.
  12. Use of Pass at Attractions are further subject to the following terms and conditions:
    1. Subject to paragraph 12(v) below, Pass may only be used once for priority admission to the Attractions during its operating hours and/or Time Slot (if any) and is not valid for re-entry to the Attraction by any other means, or priority admission to any other Attraction.
    2. Pass holders shall present the Pass Media storing his/her Pass at the designated queue of each Attraction. Pass does not include any guarantee as to immediate admission or wait time for the Attraction.
    3. Access to an Attraction is subject to the safety rules and other conditions applicable to the Attraction. Guests who do not meet or pass the boarding requirements or any other applicable conditions cannot ride or access the Attraction.
    4. Pass does not include any immediate, guaranteed, reserved or priority access to or arrangement for any program, facility, amenity or activity (including without limitation any meet-and-greet or photo moment) in the Attraction. Guests are required to follow the applicable rules, directions, arrangements and/or operation for the Attraction as determined by HKITP from time to time.
    5. Subject to availability, capacity, and operating hours, (i) if the Attraction is closed at Time Slot on Validity Date, Pass may be used once for entry to the same Attraction at another time slot on the same day or (ii) if the Attraction is closed on Validity Date, the Pass may be used once for priority admission on the same day to one other Attraction listed for the Pass. In any circumstances, Pass may not be used for repeated entry to any substitute Attraction. No other compensation, exchange and/or refund will be provided.
  13. Use of Pass for Shows is further subject to the following terms and conditions:
    1. Each Pass only allows Pass holder one-time entry to the Designated Viewing Area of each Show in person at any time slot on Validity Date.
    2. Free standing in the Designated Viewing Area is available on a first come first served basis.
    3. Pass holder must present his/her Pass at the entrance of the Shows’ Designated Viewing Area and enter at least 30 minutes prior to the start of the “Pixar Pals Spectacular” Show and Nighttime Spectacular Show, unless otherwise specified on the relevant Pass offer page. Late entry may not be allowed.
    4. HKITP reserves the right to determine or change (i) the time of each Show, (ii) the location, capacity, operating hours or operation of the Shows and/or Designated Viewing Area, and/or (iii) any other aspect of the Shows and/or Designated Viewing Area, in each case, at any time and from time to time in its sole discretion without prior notice, refund and/or compensation.
    5. No compensation, exchange and/or refund will be provided in the event that the “Pixar Pals Spectacular” Show is cancelled, suspended, rescheduled and/or modified for any reason.
    6. Where Nighttime Spectacular Show is cancelled on Validity Date, guest may receive a one-time HK$120 discount on any single merchandise purchase at any merchandise store in the Park on Validity Date (“Discount”). To use the Discount, guest must present his/her Pass in person at the time of payment for the merchandise purchase subject to the following conditions:
      a) Discount may be used once only;
      b) Discount not used on Validity Date will be void without compensation, exchange and/or refund;
      c) Discount is not applicable to the purchase of Disney Collectible Medallion, photos, photography service, CHOW TAI FOOK jewelries, co-branded merchandise (e.g. FUJIFILM items and Starbucks® items etc.), non-Disney items (e.g. convenience items, drugs), media products, Magical Goodie Bags, personalized services, spending at Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique, merchandise reserved, ordered or purchased online or outside the Hong Kong Disneyland Resort, Magic Prize and other selected items which HKITP may from time to time specify;
      d) Discount may not be used in conjunction with any other discount or promotion;
      e) all merchandise items purchased using Discount are subject to the exchange and refund policy printed on the back of the original sales receipt;
      f) merchandise items are subject to availability and may change without prior notice; and
      g) HKITP reserves the right to determine or change the prices of the merchandise items and the operating hours of the merchandise stores in its sole and absolute discretion.
    7. Except as expressly set out in paragraphs 13(v) and (vi), HKITP is not required to make any other compensation, exchange, refund or substitute arrangement in connection with any Show cancellation, partial performance, delay, rescheduling or other changes.
  14. Use of Pass for Theater Show is further subject to the following terms and conditions:
    1. Subject to paragraph 14(iv) below, Pass may only be used once for priority admission to Theater Show at Time Slot on Validity Date. Pass is not valid for re-entry to Theater Show, or priority admission to any other attraction and/or activity.
    2. Free seating in the theater is available on a first come first served basis.
    3. Pass holder must present his/her Pass at the entrance of Theater Show and enter at least 30 minutes (or such other time specified in the relevant Pass offer page) prior to the start of Theatre Show. Late entry may not be allowed.
    4. Subject to availability, capacity, and operating hours, (i) if Theater Show is cancelled at Time Slot on Validity Date, Pass may be used once for entry to the same show at another time slot on the same day or (ii) if the Theater Show has no other time slot on the same day, Pass may be used for an additional one-time entry to one Attraction listed for the Pass on the same day. No other compensation, exchange and/or refund will be provided.
    5. HKITP reserves the right to determine or change (i) the time of Theater Show, (ii) the location, capacity, operating hours or operation of Theater Show, and/or (iii) any other aspect of Theater Show, in each case, at any time and from time to time in its sole discretion without prior notice, refund and/or compensation.
General Terms and Conditions applicable to the Pass
  1. The issuance and use of Pass and its components and admission to the Hong Kong Disneyland Resort (“Resort”) and use of the facilities there is each subject to (i) these terms and conditions; (ii) the “Offer Highlight”, “Product Page” and “Important Details” set out in the Pass offer page and purchase page on the Website, (iii) the “General Terms and Conditions” available at www.hongkongdisneyland.com/ticket-general-terms-conditions/; (iv) the rules and regulations applicable to the location or facility in question (including without limitation, the Park Rules and Regulations and the Hotels Rules and Regulations) set out on www.hongkongdisneyland.com; and (v) all other requirements, restrictions and changes determined by HKITP in its sole discretion without advance or further notice. HKITP may from time to time, without prior notice and without refund or compensation, (a) make or modify the rules to be followed within the whole or any part of the Park, (b) change or adjust the entry requirement or the mode of operation (including but not limited to operating hours) of the Park or any location, attraction, show, shop, restaurant, facility or amenity thereat, (c) close or adjust the operation for any period the Park or any part of it, (d) restrict the number, class or eligibility of persons having access to the Park or any part of it, (e) suspend or cancel any attraction, show, facility, amenity or entertainment or marketing program, offering or activity, and/or (f) impose limit on the purchase of any product or use of any service or facility, in each case due to capacity, inclement weather or special events, to ensure safety, health, security or order, or compliance with law, or if HKITP considers that the circumstances so require
  1. Incomplete, damaged or altered Pass or Pass media will not be accepted. Lost Pass or Pass media will not be reissued.
  2. Duplicate Passes or Pass Media will not be accepted. Passes and Pass Media are void if altered or tampered with. HKITP is not responsible for any loss or inconvenience caused by computer or mobile device error. HKITP shall not be responsible for (and will not issue replacement in respect of) any loss, damage, forgery, theft or fraudulent or unauthorized use of any Passes or Pass Media. HKITP’s record in relation to issue and usage of Passes and Pass Media shall be final and conclusive.
  3. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between the English version and the other language version of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.
  4. These terms and conditions are subject to the interpretation of HKITP which shall be final and conclusive.
  5. In case of any dispute, HKITP reserves the right to make final judgment on the dispute and otherwise in respect of Pass.
  6. Pass is made available in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People’s Republic of China (“HKSAR”) only. Pass may only be redeemed in the HKSAR in accordance with these terms and conditions. HKITP makes no representation that purchase, redemption or use of Pass is appropriate or available in other locations and Pass is void in any jurisdiction where purchase, redemption or use of such a Pass is prohibited or restricted by law. Those who choose to purchase, redeem and/or use Pass do so on their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws, if and to the extent they are applicable.
  7. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the HKSAR.
  8. These terms and conditions constitute an agreement between HKITP and the guest purchasing Pass. A person who is not a party to this agreement shall not have any rights under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance (Chapter 623 of the Laws of Hong Kong) to enforce any term of this agreement.

Personal data collected in connection with or upon the purchase, issue or provision of tickets, tours, other products and services may be used for the processing of requests or enquiries, enforcing the terms of the commercial dealings, sending administrative materials to you, our internal business and administrative purposes, research and statistical purposes or other directly related purpose, or for legal, safety or security purposes. Provision of personal data for the mandatory fields is necessary. If you do not provide such personal data, we may not be able to provide you with the products or services you requested. Personal data may be transferred to third parties involved in fulfilling the aforesaid purposes, or such other persons as required by law.
