Family Ticket with Free Early Park Entry Pass (Overseas Tourists Exclusive) – Terms and Conditions

Important Details:
  1. This offer is only available to tourists visiting Hong Kong who are not residents in Mainland China or Macao and must be purchased before arriving in Hong Kong (“Eligible Guests”).
  2. This offer is only applicable to purchase by Eligible Guest during the offer period from April 1, 2026 to May 31, 2026 of one 1-Day General Admission Ticket and one 1-Day Child/ Senior Ticket (“Offer Tickets”) of admission tickets (any tier) (“Package”) to the Hong Kong Disneyland Park (“Park”) between April 1, 2026 to July 15, 2026 (except the block-out dates of April 30 to May 5, 2026, May 15, 2026 and July 7, 2026 (“Block-out Dates”)) from the website designated by Hongkong International Theme Parks Limited (“HKITP”) (“Designated Website”).
  3. This offer is not applicable to purchase via other sales channels or locations other than the Designated Website.
  4. When completing the purchase on the Designated Website, Eligible Guests are required to provide his/her name, credit card information and other forms of personal data as HKITP may require. A confirmation email will be issued to the Eligible Guest purchasing the Package on the Designated Website.
  5. Each Offer Ticket is valid for one visit to the Park by the Eligible Guest purchasing the Offer Tickets and his/her family member or friend who must also be a tourist visiting Hong Kong and is not a resident in Mainland China or Macao (“Accompanying Guests”) on any date specified for its designated ticket tier or any lower ticket tier from April 1, 2026 to July 15, 2026 (except the Block-out Dates) (“Validity Period”). The validity dates specified for different ticket tiers in the next three months are set out in the Ticket Tier Calendar available on Hong Kong Disneyland website at www.hongkongdisneyland.com (“Website”). The Ticket Tier Calendar and dates are subject to the Park's operations and may be changed at any time and from time to time. Guests are advised to check the latest Ticket Tier Calendar at the time of purchase.
  6. Each Offer Ticket is issued together with one (1) complimentary Early Park Entry Pass to the Park (“Pass”).
  7. Offer Tickets and Passes may only be used by the Eligible Guest purchasing the Offer Tickets and his/her Accompanying Guest.
  8. The Eligible Guest and his/her Accompanying Guest using the Offer Tickets purchased under the same Package must enter the Park at the same time and present the following at the Main Entrance turnstile of the Park in person for verification purpose:
    1. for the Eligible Guest,
      1. Proof of payment for the purchase via the Designated Website (for example, by presentation of the physical credit card or the digital wallet on Eligible Guest’s mobile device);
      2. his/her Offer Ticket issued by the Designated Website;
      3. the confirmation email issued for such purchase; and
      4. his/her valid travel document with photo identification and such other information as HKITP may require for verification;
    2. for the Accompanying Guest,
      1. his/her Offer Ticket; and
      2. his/her valid travel document with photo identification and such other information as HKITP may require for verification.
  9. Offer Tickets and Passes must be used by the same Eligible Guest or his/her Accompanying Guest during the Validity Period. HKITP may require the Eligible Guest or his/her Accompanying Guests to present his/her personal identification or provide such other information as HKITP may require for verification purpose.
  10. Offer Tickets and Passes not used (i) in accordance with these terms and conditions; (ii) on the Validity Period; or (iii) together with the other Offer Tickets purchased under the same Package will be void without compensation, exchange and/or refund.
  11. Offer Tickets and Passes are not for re-sale, and are non-transferable, non-refundable and non-exchangeable, either in whole or in part, for cash or any other items, and may not be used in conjunction with other promotions or discounts.
  12. Guests who have already purchased Magic Access Membership Card (“Magic Access”) or any other tickets, vouchers or other products will not be entitled to any compensation, exchange and/or refund under this offer.
  13. Upon entry to the Park, each Eligible Guest is required to present his/her ticket and have his/her photo taken (or present such personal identification* as HKITP may from time to time require) for verification. The Offer Tickets, handstamp, photo and/or such other personal identification as HKITP may from time to time require are required for re-entry into the Park. If the Eligible Guest prefers not to have his/her or his/her child’s photo taken, he/she may, before entry to the Park, ask a Cast Member about alternative verification arrangement as HKITP may provide from time to time#.
    * Examples of personal identification include but are not limited to: passport or other photo identification acceptable to HKITP (for children aged 3 to 11, school handbook, or birth certificate together with other photo identification; for full-time students aged 12 to 25, school handbook or full-time student card with photo identification).
    # Example of alternative verification arrangement may include presenting the photo identification of the relevant guest to our Cast Members and having his/her name printed on or electronically stored with the Offer Tickets. Such name as recorded cannot be changed.
    HKITP may refuse Park admission to any guest whose age, identity or other eligibility for using the Offer Tickets cannot be verified by HKITP.
  14. HKITP reserves the right to determine or change (i) the number of attractions, merchandise shops and food and beverage or other locations available in the Park, (ii) the location, capacity, operating hours or operation of any attractions, merchandise shops and food and beverage or other locations, and/or (iii) any other aspect of any attractions, merchandise shops and food and beverage or other locations, in each case, at any time and from time to time in its sole discretion without prior notice, compensation, exchange and/or refund.
  15. HKITP may refuse to accept or allow the redemption and use of any Offer Ticket or Pass, and withhold or revoke any benefit in this offer, in each case without compensation, exchange and/or refund if in its sole judgment (i) the Offer Ticket, Pass and/or benefits under this offer are used for commercial or other unauthorised purposes; (ii) if any of these terms and conditions is violated or not complied with; and/or (iii) if HKITP considers that the circumstances so require.
  16. HKITP reserves the right to (i) amend or supplement these terms and conditions; (ii) designate or change the prices, validity and/or block-out dates of any Pass, ticket, tour, product, service, offer, discount or promotion; and (iii) terminate or suspend the availability of this or any other offer, discount or promotion, in each case, at any time and from time to time without prior notice, compensation, exchange and/or refund.
Terms and Conditions applicable to Offer Ticket Upgrade
  1. On the Park visit day only, Eligible Guests and his/her Accompanying Guests using an Offer Ticket may, before admission to the Park, upgrade his/her unused Offer Ticket to a regular priced 2-Day Ticket at the ticket booths located at the Main Entrance of the Park by paying the applicable price difference in person, calculated with reference to the regular price of the Offer Ticket purchased and the regular price of the 2-Day Ticket at the time of ticket upgrade. For the avoidance of doubt, upgrade to a 2-Day Ticket may only be made with an unused Offer Ticket valid for Park admission on the same day.
  2. On the Park visit day only, Eligible Guests and his/her Accompanying Guests using an Offer Ticket may upgrade his/her Offer Ticket to Magic Access at the Website by paying the applicable price difference in person, calculated with reference to the regular price of the Offer Ticket purchased and the regular price of the type of Magic Access selected at the time of ticket upgrade. If the selected type of Magic Access is priced lower than the Offer Ticket to be upgraded, no refund will be made. Any Magic Access issued upon upgrade will be valid for one year starting from the date of the guest’s first Park visit with the Offer Ticket. Offer Tickets used to upgrade to Magic Access membership shall become void without compensation, exchange or refund upon the purchase of such membership. No upgrade to Magic Access may be made after the day when the Offer Ticket is used.
  3. For the purpose of calculating the price difference for upgrading the Offer Ticket:
    1. in respect of Offer Tickets:
      1. each Offer Ticket (Tier 1) is valued at HK$669 (General Admission) or HK$499 (Child/ Senior) respectively;
      2. each Offer Ticket (Tier 2) is valued at HK$759 (General Admission) or HK$569 (Child/ Senior) respectively;
      3. each Offer Ticket (Tier 3) is valued at HK$849 (General Admission) or HK$639 (Child/ Senior) respectively; and
      4. each Offer Ticket (Tier 4) is valued at HK$939 (General Admission) or HK$705 (Child/ Senior) respectively;
    2. the regular price of the selected 2-Day Ticket or Magic Access (as the case may be) at the time of ticket upgrade shall apply.
  4. Upgrade of Offer Tickets are subject to the General Terms and Conditions set out at www.hongkongdisneyland.com/ticket-general-terms-conditions/.
Complimentary Pass Terms and Conditions
  1. Pass may only be used by the Eligible Guest and his/her Accompanying Guest in person for one-time entry to the Park via the designated entrance up to one-hour prior to the Park’s official opening time (“Early Entry Period”) on the day of Park admission during the Validity Period as may be published from time to time on the Website. Please click here for the Park’s official opening time which is available 14 days prior to the day of visit.
  2. Pass is only valid for use on the day of Park admission during the Validity Period and will expire upon the Park’s official opening time on the same day.
  3. Pass may only be used via the designated queue at the Park Main Entrance. Queue time may vary depending on the Park’s operation on the day and guests are advised to reserve sufficient time prior to the Early Entry Period.
  4. Pass does not include admission to the Park. To use the Pass, Eligible Guest and his/her Accompanying Guest are required to have valid admission tickets to the Park.
  5. Pass does not guarantee immediate or priority admission to the Park. Eligible Guest and his/her Accompanying Guest are required to use the designated queue and follow the applicable rules, directions, arrangements and/or operation for the Park determined by HKITP. No compensation, exchange and/or refund will be made if guest is unable to use the Pass due to late arrival at the designated queue.
  6. Pass and its benefits not used in accordance with these terms and conditions (including any Pass not used during the Early Entry Period on the specified validity date) will be void without compensation, exchange and/or refund.
  7. Pass is valid for one-time use only and may not be used for re-entry to the Park. Eligible Guest and his/her Accompanying Guest may only re-enter the Park during the Park’s official opening time by presenting their valid ticket or membership card.
  8. Pass is not for resale, is non-transferrable, non-refundable and non-exchangeable, either in whole or in part, for cash or any other items, and may not be used in conjunction with other promotions or discounts.
  9. Pass does not include any guarantee as to access, admission or wait time to any attractions, merchandise shops, food and beverage or other locations.
  10. No re-issuance of the Pass or other compensation, exchange and/or refund will be provided if the Park is closed due to inclement weather or unforeseeable circumstances during the Early Entry Period.
  11. HKITP reserves the right to determine or change (i) the number of attractions, merchandise shops and food and beverage or other locations available during the Early Entry Period, (ii) the location, capacity, operating hours or operation of any attractions, merchandise shops and food and beverage or other locations, and/or (iii) any other aspect of any attractions, merchandise shops and food and beverage or other locations, in each case, at any time and from time to time in its sole discretion without prior notice, refund or compensation.
General Terms and Conditions applicable to this offer
  1. This offer and its respective components, and the issuance and redemption of this offer and its respective components and admission to the Park or other parts of the Hong Kong Disneyland Resort (“Resort”) are each subject to (i) the “Offer Highlight” and “Important Details” set out in all relevant pages on the Website; (ii) these terms and conditions and the General Terms and Conditions at www.hongkongdisneyland.com/ticket-general-terms-conditions/; (iii) the rules and regulations applicable to the location or facility in question (including without limitation, the Park Rules and Regulations and Hotels Rules and Regulations) which are set out on the Website, and (iv) all other requirements, restrictions and changes determined by HKITP in its sole discretion without advance or further notice. HKITP may from time to time, without prior notice and without compensation, exchange and/or refund, (a) make or modify the rules to be followed within the whole or any part of the Resort; (b) change or adjust the entry requirement or the mode of operation (including but not limited to operating hours) of the Resort or any hotel, location, attraction, show, shop, restaurant, facility or amenity thereat; (c) close or adjust the operation for any period the Resort or any part of it; (d) modify, relocate, refurbish or replace any location, attraction, show, shop, restaurant, facility or amenity; (e) restrict the number, class or eligibility of persons having access to the Resort or any part of it; (f) suspend or cancel any attraction, show, facility, amenity or entertainment or marketing program, offering, experience or activity; and/or (g) impose limit on the purchase of any product or use of any service or facility, in each case due to capacity, inclement weather or special events, to ensure safety, health, security or order, or compliance with law, or if HKITP considers that the circumstances so require.
  2. Duplicate Offer Tickets and Passes will not be accepted. Incomplete, damaged or altered Offer Tickets and Passes will be void without compensation, exchange and/or refund. Lost Offer Tickets or Passes will not be replaced. HKITP shall not be responsible for (and will not issue replacement in respect of) any loss, damage, forgery, theft or fraudulent or unauthorized use of any Offer Tickets and Passes. HKITP’s record in relation to issue and usage of Offer Tickets and Passes shall be final and conclusive.
  3. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between the English version and the other language version of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.
  4. These terms and conditions are subject to the interpretation of HKITP which shall be final and conclusive.
  5. In case of any dispute, HKITP reserves the right to make final judgment on the dispute and otherwise in respect of this offer.
  6. This offer is made available in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People’s Republic of China (“HKSAR”) only. This offer may only be redeemed in the HKSAR in accordance with these terms and conditions. HKITP makes no representation that purchase or redemption of this offer is appropriate or available in other locations and this offer is void in any jurisdiction where purchase or redemption of such an offer is prohibited or restricted by law. Those who choose to purchase or redeem this offer do so on their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws, if and to the extent they are applicable.
  7. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the HKSAR.
  8. These terms and conditions constitute an agreement between HKITP and the guest purchasing this offer. A person who is not a party to this agreement shall not have any rights under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance (Chapter 623 of the Laws of Hong Kong) to enforce any term of this agreement.
