Important Details- This offer is available in the following 4 packages (each a "Package"). Each Package includes one-time entry to the designated zone of the seating area corresponding to that Package ("Designated Zone") for “Disney Christmas Live in Concert!” (“Show”) in the Hong Kong Disneyland Park ("Park") and, where applicable, one-time redemption of the food and beverage item (“F&B Benefit”) specified for the relevant Package (each a “VIP Package”). Details of the Packages are as follows:
- “Disney Christmas Live in Concert!” VIP 1 Seating Area Pass with Golden Crocus Inn Combo Meal Package includes one-time entry to the designated zone of the VIP 1 seating area for the Show and one-time redemption of a combo meal at Golden Crocus Inn in World of Frozen;
- “Disney Christmas Live in Concert!” VIP 2 Seating Area Pass with Waffle Package includes one-time entry to the designated zone of the VIP 2 seating area for the Show and one-time redemption of a waffle at Waffle, Refreshing Drinks at Fantasyland;
- “Disney Christmas Live in Concert!” VIP 3 Seating Area Pass with Soft Serve Package includes one-time entry to the designated zone of the VIP 3 seating area for the Show and one-time redemption of a soft serve at Midtown Delights in Main Street, U.S.A. or Northern Delights in World of Frozen; and
- "Disney Christmas Live in Concert" Standard Seating Area Pass Package includes one-time entry to the standard seating area for the Show only (“Standard Package”).
- Package is available for purchase during such period as may be designated by Hongkong International Theme Parks Limited ("HKITP") from time to time on the Hong Kong Disneyland website ("Website") and such other channels as may be designated by HKITP from time to time, subject to availability and quota for the respective sales channels.
- Package is available for purchase by the general public from 12:00 p.m. on September 28, 2026 to 6:00 p.m. on the last day of the Show as stated on the Website.
- Package is available for purchase on the Website during the respective Advance Purchase Periods (as defined below) by each of the following groups of guests: (i) current employees or members of corporations, organisations and/or groups ("Corporation") designated by HKITP for this offer and/or their family members and friends ("Eligible Corporate Guests") and (ii) Magic Access members who meet all of the following requirements ("Eligible Guests"):
- he/she is a Magic Access Member holding a valid Magic Access Personalised Membership Card at the time of purchase of Package;
- he/she is aged 18 or above; and
- he/she holds a valid MyDisney HK account registered under his/her name and has his/her Magic Access Personalized Membership Card associated with such MyDisney account.
Eligible Guests may purchase the Packages in advance during the respective periods set out below (each an "Advance Purchase Period"):- Magic Access Platinum members may purchase the Package from 12:00 p.m. to 11:59 p.m. on September 23, 2026
- All Magic Access members may purchase the Package from 12:00 p.m. to 11:59 p.m. on September 24, 2026; and
- Eligible Corporate Guests may purchase the Package from 12:00 p.m. on September 25, 2026 to 11:59 p.m. on September 26, 2026.
- When completing the online purchase, guest is required to (i) select the Package, (ii) select his/her preferred date of the Show and (iii) provide his/her name, credit card information and other forms of personal data as HKITP may require. A confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided at the time of purchase.
- Eligible Corporate Guests may access the booking page during their Advance Purchase Period by quoting the Promotion Code ("Promotion Code") provided by their Corporation on the Website. Promotion Code may only be used by the Eligible Corporate Guests to whom it is issued.
- Package and Wristband (as defined below) may only be used by the Package holder. HKITP may refuse to accept any Package or Wristband if in HKITP's determination the identity of the person using the Package or Wristband cannot be verified.
- Package will be issued as a QR code contained in the confirmation email issued to guest ("Package Media").
- Guest may not cancel or amend the selected date of the Package and other details of the Package after the purchase.
- Package and Wristband are only valid for use on the date specified on the Package Media. Package and Wristband not used on such date will be void without compensation, exchange and/or refund.
- Package holder must use the designated queue and present his/her valid Package Media at the designated entrance of the Designated Zone at least 30 minutes (or such other time specified in the Package offer page) prior to the start of the Show.
- A designated wristband ("Wristband") will be issued upon redemption of the Package at the entrance of the Designated Zone. Package holder must wear the Wristband to enter the Designated Zone and throughout the Show. Late entry may not be allowed. Neither Package, Wristband nor the designated queue guarantees immediate admission or enjoyment of the Show.
- Free seating in the Designated Zone is available on a first come first served basis.
- HKITP reserves the right to determine or change (i) the time of the Show, (ii) the location, capacity, operating hours or operation of the Show and/or the Designated Zone, and/or (iii) any other aspect of the Show and/or the Designated Zone, in each case, at any time and from time to time in its sole discretion without prior notice, refund or compensation.
- Package and Wristband are non-transferrable, non-exchangeable, non-refundable, not for resale and subject to availability.
- Package may only be used once to enter the Show and the Designated Zone. Package is not valid for re-entry to the Show and the Designated Zone by any other means, or priority admission to any other attraction and/or activity.
- Package does not include admission to the Park. To use Package, guests are required to have valid admission tickets to the Park.
- All guests are required to make reservation with valid tickets or membership cards before visiting the Park. Park visit reservation of each type of ticket or membership card is subject to a limited quota. Reservation will not be accepted once the respective quota is full.
- Upon entry to the Park, guest is required to present his/her ticket and have his/her photo taken (or present such personal identification* as HKITP may from time to time require) for verification. The ticket, handstamp, photo and/or such other personal identification as HKITP may from time to time require are required for re-entry into the Park and ticket upgrade (if applicable). If guest prefers not to have his/her or his/her child’s photo taken, he/she may, before entry to the Park, ask a Cast Member about alternative verification arrangement as HKITP may provide from time to time#.
* Examples of personal identification include but are not limited to: Hong Kong Identity Card, passport or other photo identification acceptable to HKITP (for children aged 3 to 11, school handbook, or birth certificate together with other photo identification; for full-time students aged 12 to 25, school handbook or full-time student card with photo identification).
# Example of alternative verification arrangement may include presenting the photo identification of the relevant guest to our cast members and having his/her name printed on or electronically stored with the 1-Day Ticket. Such name as recorded cannot be changed.
HKITP may refuse Park admission and/or ticket upgrade to any guest whose age, identity or other eligibility for using the ticket cannot be verified by HKITP. - HKITP may refuse to accept or allow the redemption and the use of any Package and/or Wristband, and withhold or revoke any benefit in Package and/or Wristband, in each case without compensation, exchange and/or refund if in its sole judgment (i) Package, Wristband and/or their benefits are used for commercial or other unauthorized purposes; (ii) if any of these terms and conditions is violated or not complied with; and/or (iii) if HKITP considers that the circumstances so require.
- HKITP reserves the right to (i) amend or supplement these terms and conditions; (ii) designate or change the prices, validity, availability and/or block-out dates of any Package, ticket, tour, product, service, offer, discount or promotion; (iii) change the time, location, capacity, operating hours or operation of the Show; and/or (iv) terminate or suspend the availability of any Package, offer, discount or promotion, in each case, at any time and from time to time without prior notice, compensation, exchange and/or refund.
Terms and Conditions applicable to redemption of F&B Benefit- The F&B Benefit may be redeemed once only, must be redeemed on the date specified on the Package Media and the Package Media must be presented at the time of redemption.
- The F&B Benefit may not be redeemed in conjunction with any other discount or promotional offer (including any Magic Access food and beverages benefits, food and beverages discount coupons distributed on the Website, the Resort or other locations and Cast Member discounts on food and beverages).
- Redemption and use of the F&B Benefit are subject to availability of the food and beverage item specified for the relevant Package and the operating hours of the designated redemption location.
- Photos of food and/or beverages are for reference only. Actual offerings may vary depending on circumstances.
Terms and Conditions applicable to Show Cancellation and F&B Benefit Unavailability- Where the Show is cancelled or an early Park closure causes the Show to be unavailable on the date specified on the Package Media:
- for the Standard Package, HKITP will refund the full purchase price paid for the relevant Package;
- for a VIP Package where the applicable F&B Benefit has not been redeemed, HKITP will refund the full purchase price paid for the relevant Package; and
- for a VIP Package where the applicable F&B Benefit has already been redeemed, HKITP will refund a total of HK$299 per Package.
- Where the applicable F&B Benefit is unavailable for redemption due to the unavailability of the applicable food and beverage item, closure of the designated redemption location or other operational circumstances determined by HKITP, but the Show remains available on the date specified on the Package Media, the validity of the relevant F&B Benefit will be extended for six (6) months, subject to any redemption conditions, locations, operating hours and other requirements as HKITP may designate.
- Except as expressly provided in paragraphs 24 and 25, HKITP shall have no obligation to provide any other compensation, exchange, refund or substitute arrangement in connection with the unavailability of any F&B Benefit and any Show cancellation, partial performance, delay, rescheduling or other changes.
General Terms and Conditions applicable to this offer- The issuance and use of the Package and its components and admission to the Hong Kong Disneyland Resort ("Resort") and use of the facilities there is each subject to (i) these terms and conditions; (ii) the "Offer Highlight", "Product Page" and "Important Details" set out in the Package offer page and purchase page on the Website; (iii) the "General Terms and Conditions" available at www.hongkongdisneyland.com/ticket-general-terms-conditions/; (iv) the rules and regulations applicable to the location or facility in question (including without limitation, the Park Rules and Regulations and the Hotels Rules and Regulations) set out on www.hongkongdisneyland.com; and (v) all other requirements, restrictions and changes determined by HKITP in its sole discretion without advance or further notice. HKITP may from time to time, without prior notice and without refund or compensation, (i) make or modify the rules to be followed within the whole or any part of the Park, (ii) change or adjust the entry requirement or the mode of operation (including but not limited to operating hours) of the Park or any location, attraction, show, shop, restaurant, facility or amenity thereat, (iii) close or adjust the operation for any period the Park or any part of it, (iv) restrict the number, class or eligibility of persons having access to the Park or any part of it, (v) suspend or cancel any attraction, show, facility, amenity or entertainment or marketing program, offering or activity, and/or (vi) impose limit on the purchase of any product or use of any service or facility, in each case due to capacity, inclement weather or special events, to ensure safety, health, security or order, or compliance with law, or if HKITP considers that the circumstances so require.
- Incomplete, damaged or altered Package, Wristband or Package Media will not be accepted. Lost Package, Wristband or Package Media will not be reissued.
- Duplicate Package, Wristband and/or Package Media will not be accepted. Package, Wristband and/or Package Media are void if altered or tampered with. HKITP is not responsible for any loss or inconvenience caused by computer or mobile device error. HKITP shall not be responsible for (and will not issue replacement in respect of) any loss, damage, forgery, theft or fraudulent or unauthorized use of any Package, Wristband and/or Package Media. HKITP’s record in relation to issue and usage of Package, Wristband and/or Package Media shall be final and conclusive.
- In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between the English version and the other language version of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.
- These terms and conditions are subject to the interpretation of HKITP which shall be final and conclusive.
- In case of any dispute, HKITP reserves the right to make final judgment on the dispute and otherwise in respect of Package.
- The Package is made available in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People’s Republic of China ("HKSAR") only. The Package may only be redeemed in the HKSAR in accordance with these terms and conditions. HKITP makes no representation that purchase, redemption or use of the Package is appropriate or available in other locations and the Package is void in any jurisdiction where purchase, redemption or use of such a Package is prohibited or restricted by law. Those who choose to purchase, redeem and/or use Package do so on their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws, if and to the extent they are applicable.
- These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the HKSAR.
- These terms and conditions constitute an agreement between HKITP and the guest purchasing the Package. A person who is not a party to this agreement shall not have any rights under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance (Chapter 623 of the Laws of Hong Kong) to enforce any term of this agreement.
Personal Information Collection StatementPersonal data collected in connection with or upon the purchase, issue or provision of tickets, tours, other products and services may be used for the processing of requests or enquiries, enforcing the terms of the commercial dealings, sending administrative materials to you, our internal business and administrative purposes, research and statistical purposes or other directly related purpose, or for legal, safety or security purposes. Provision of personal data for the mandatory fields is necessary. If you do not provide such personal data, we may not be able to provide you with the products or services you requested. Personal data may be transferred to third parties involved in fulfilling the aforesaid purposes, or such other persons as required by law.
