Delicious Alternatives
Chefs can often substitute different ingredients and offer other food options for your dining experience. If you have dietary requirements, eating at Hong Kong Disneyland restaurants can still be a delectable affair.
Many Hong Kong Disneyland restaurants can accommodate the following common food allergies:
- Gluten or wheat
- Lactose or dairy
- Peanuts and tree nuts
- Shellfish
- Soy
- Fish
- Eggs
- Corn
General dietary requests can be made in Main Street Corner Cafe hosted by Coca Cola® and all Resort hotel restaurants. Contact the Restaurant Manager and Sous Chef preferably 24 hours in advance. You may also visit Guest Relations in the park to assist you.
Metabolic Disorders and Multiple Allergies
If any other following pertain to you, please be sure to make dietary requests 48 hours in advance:
- Allergy or intolerance not listed above under common food allergies
- Phenylketonuria (PKU)
- Metabolic disorders
- A single guest with multiple allergies/intolerances or multiple guests with allergies/intolerances within the same party
Hong Kong Disneyland Resort restaurants will use reasonable efforts to prevent the introduction of the allergen of concern into the food through close attention during our sourcing, preparation and handling processes. However, Hong Kong Disneyland Resort cannot guarantee that allergens may not have been introduced during another stage of the food chain process or, even inadvertently, during preparation. We do not have separate kitchens to prepare allergen-free items or separate dining areas for Guests with allergies or intolerances.
Ultimately, it is up to the Guest to use his or her individual discretion to make an informed choice regarding whether to order any particular items.
