Hong Kong Disneyland Park, Hong Kong Disneyland Hotel, Disney’s Hollywood Hotel and Disney Explorers Lodge offer a variety of services for Guests who have mobility, hearing and vision disabilities.

For your convenience, wheelchairs are available for rent at the Disneyland Fire Department next to City Hall in Main Street, U.S.A. Town Square. All dining locations, restrooms and shops are wheelchair accessible, and select attractions provide boarding via accessible entrances.

We offer Braille park guides and portable audio guides on request. During your visit, please ask a Cast Member should you have a question or need assistance.
