Limited-Time Room Offer with Free Early Park Entry Pass for Two

1. This package is only available to guest meeting all of the following criteria (“Eligible Guest”):
   1. is aged 18 or above;
   2. books one of the hotel rooms at Hong Kong Disneyland Hotel, Disney Explorers Lodge or Disney’s Hollywood Hotel (each, a “Hotel”) as set out in paragraph 2 below for a one-night hotel stay with check-in date between March 27, 2026 to June 30, 2026 (except May 14, 2026) and check-out date on or before July 1, 2026 via the Hong Kong Disneyland website www.hongkongdisneyland.com (“Website”) during March 20, 2026 to June 23, 2026 and at least 7 days prior to the check-in date; and
   3. is one of the staying guests of the Hotel room.
2. This package is only applicable to the booking of Deluxe Room, Sea View Room or Sea View Room with Balcony at Hong Kong Disneyland Hotel or Deluxe Room or Sea View Room at Disney Explorers Lodge or Disney’s Hollywood Hotel.
3. This package includes the following:
   1. one night Hotel accommodation; and
   2. two complimentary Early Park Entry Passes (“Passes”) to the Hong Kong Disneyland Park (“Park”). For the avoidance of doubt, a maximum of two Passes will be issued per booking and the Passes do not include admission to the Park. To use the Pass, guests are required to have valid admission tickets to the Park.
4. The prevailing room rate for each Hotel room is determined at the time of booking
5. The “Package Charges” include: (i) the applicable room rate determined based on the check-in and check-out dates, the Hotel and room type selected, and the prevailing room rate determined at the time of booking (subject to availability and any Benefits Limits as such term is defined in the Hotel General Terms and Conditions at https://www.hongkongdisneyland.com/hotel-general-terms-conditions/ (“Hotel General Terms and Conditions”)); (ii) any Surcharge mentioned in paragraph 7 below; (iii) any additional charge for add-on items; (iv) 10% service charge on charges (i) and (ii) ; and (v) applicable government tax on charges (i) and (ii).
6. Rooms and reservations are subject to availability and limits on the number, type, value and other features of the rooms allocated for any room, promotion, offer, package or discount in question (collectively, “Benefit Limits”). Guests acknowledge that Hongkong International Theme Parks Limited (“HKITP”) may in its sole and absolute discretion determine or change the availability of the rooms, any promotion, offer, package or discount, and/or the Benefit Limits at any time without prior notice, compensation, exchange and/or refund.
7. An extra charge of HK$200 per person per night (subject to 10% service charge and applicable government tax) applies to the third and fourth guests aged 12 or above staying in the same Hotel room (“Surcharge”). The Surcharge covers only the Hotel accommodation fee for the additional guests, but does not include any Pass for the additional guests or any other package components.
8. Subject to paragraph 7 above, each Hotel room can accommodate up to a maximum of four guests. At least one adult must be a staying guest in each Hotel room.
9. Full payment of the Package Charges will be charged for each reservation at the time of booking.
10. When completing the booking, Eligible Guest is required to provide information including his/her name and credit card details for deposit, and other forms of personal data as HKITP may require. A confirmation email will be issued to the email address provided by the Eligible Guest after the booking is completed.
11. The Eligible Guest is required to present his/her identification document for verification upon check-in. If the eligibility requirement for this package cannot be verified, the prevailing room rate at the time of check-in will be charged.
12. No change of guest name is allowed under any circumstances.
13. Each Eligible Guest may reserve a maximum of one room with the same check in and check out date.
14. Guests are not allowed to cancel or modify a reservation once it is made. Package Charges (i), (ii), (iv) and (v) will be charged in case of any cancellation, modification, or no show.
15. This package is not commissionable.
16. Guests who have already purchased Magic Access Membership Card (“Magic Access”) or any other tickets, vouchers or other products will not be entitled to any compensation, exchange and/or refund under this package.
17. Free room upgrade and free drinks are not applicable to this package.
18. Upon entry to the Park, each Eligible Guest is required to present his/her ticket and have his/her photo taken (or present such personal identification^* as HKITP may from time to time require) for verification. The ticket, handstamp, photo and/or such other personal identification as HKITP may from time to time require are required for re-entry into the Park. If the Eligible Guest prefers not to have his/her or his/her child’s photo taken, he/she may, before entry to the Park, ask a Cast Member about alternative verification arrangement as HKITP may provide from time to time^#.
    ^* Examples of personal identification include but are not limited: Hong Kong Identity Card, passport or other photo identification acceptable to HKITP (for children aged 3 to 11, school handbook, or birth certificate together with other photo identification; for full-time students aged 12 to 25, school handbook or full-time student card with photo identification).
    ^#Example of alternative verification arrangement may include presenting the photo identification of the relevant guest to our Cast Members and having his/her name printed on or electronically stored with the ticket. Such name as recorded cannot be changed.
    HKITP may refuse Park admission to any guest whose age, identity or other eligibility for using the ticket cannot be verified by HKITP.
19. All guests are required to have a valid reservation with valid tickets or membership cards before visiting the Park. Park visit reservation of each type of ticket or membership card is subject to a limited quota. Reservation will not be accepted once the respective quota is full.
20. This package and the benefits to be redeemed may only be used by the Eligible Guest and his/her guests in the same Hotel stay and are not for re-sale, are non-transferrable, non-refundable and non-exchangeable, either in whole or in part, for cash or any other item, and may not be used in conjunction with other promotions or discounts.
21. HKITP may refuse to accept or allow the redemption and use of, and/or withhold or revoke any benefit in this package, in each case without compensation, exchange and/or refund if in its sole judgment (i) the package, ticket, Passes and/or benefits under this package are used for commercial or other unauthorised purposes; (ii) if any of these terms and conditions is violated or not complied with; and/or (iii) if HKITP considers that the circumstances so require.
22. HKITP reserves the right to (i) amend or supplement these terms and conditions; (ii) designate or change the prices, types, validity, availability and/or block-out dates of any Pass, ticket, tour, product, service, offer, discount or promotion; and (iii) terminate or suspend the availability of any Pass, offer, discount or promotion, in each case, at any time and from time to time without prior notice, compensation, exchange and/or refund.

Complimentary Early Park Entry Pass Terms and Conditions

23. Passes may only be used by the Eligible Guest and his/her guests in the same Hotel stay under this package in person on the Hotel check-out date as printed on the Passes for one-time entry to the Park via the designated entrance up to one hour prior to the Park’s official opening time (“Early Entry Period”) as may be published from time to time on the Website. Please click here for the Park’s official opening time which is available 14 days prior to the day of visit.
24. Pass will expire upon the Park’s official opening time of the Hotel check-out date as printed on the Pass.
25. Pass may only be used via the designated queue at the Park Main Entrance. Queue time may vary depending on the Park’s operation on the day and guests are advised to reserve sufficient time prior to the Early Entry Period.
26. Pass does not include admission to the Park. To use the Pass, guests are required to have valid admission tickets to the Park.
27. Pass does not guarantee immediate or priority admission to the Park. Eligible Guests are required to use the designated queue and follow the applicable rules, directions, arrangements and/or operation for the Park determined by HKITP. No compensation, exchange and/or refund will be made if Eligible Guest is unable to use the Pass due to late arrival at the designated queue.
28. Pass and its benefits not used in accordance with these terms and conditions (including any Pass not used during the Early Entry Period on the specified validity date) will be void without compensation, exchange and/or refund.
29. Pass is valid for one-time use only and may not be used for re-entry to the Park. Guests may only re-enter the Park during the Park’s official opening time by presenting their valid ticket or membership card.
30. Pass is not for resale, is non-transferrable, non-refundable and non-exchangeable, either in whole or in part, for cash or any other items, and may not be used in conjunction with other promotions or discounts.
31. Pass does not include any guarantee as to access, admission or wait time to any attractions, merchandise shops, food and beverage or other locations.
32. Duplicate Passes will not be accepted. Passes are void if they are incomplete, altered or tampered with. HKITP shall not be responsible for (and will not issue replacement in respect of) any loss, damage, forgery, theft or fraudulent or unauthorized use of any Passes. HKITP’s record in relation to issue and usage of Passes shall be final and conclusive.
33. No re-issuance of the Pass or other compensation, exchange and/or refund will be provided if the Park is closed due to inclement weather or unforeseeable circumstances during the Early Entry Period.
34. HKITP reserves the right to determine or change (i) the number of attractions, merchandise shops and food and beverage or other locations available during the Early Entry Period, (ii) the location, capacity, operating hours or operation of any attractions, merchandise shops and food and beverage or other locations, and/or (iii) any other aspect of any attractions, merchandise shops and food and beverage or other locations, in each case, at any time and from time to time in its sole discretion without prior notice, refund or compensation.

General Terms and Conditions applicable to this package

35. This package, provisions of rooms, products and services and admission to the Hotel, Park and/or other parts of the Hong Kong Disneyland Resort (“Resort”) and use of the facilities are each subject to (i) the “Offer Highlight” and “Important Details” set out in all relevant pages on the Hong Kong Disneyland website www.hongkongdisneyland.com (“Website”), (ii) these terms and conditions, the Hotel General Terms and Conditions, the General Terms and Conditions at www.hongkongdisneyland.com/ticket-general-terms-conditions, (iii) the rules and regulations applicable to the location or facility in question (including without limitation, the Rules and Regulations of the Park and/or the Hotels) which are set out on the Website, and (iv) all other requirements, restrictions and changes determined by HKITP in its sole discretion without advance or further notice. HKITP may from time to time, without prior notice and without compensation, exchange or refund, (a) make or modify the rules to be followed within the whole or any part of the Resort, (b) change or adjust the entry requirement or the mode of operation (including but not limited to operating hours) of the Resort or any hotel, location, attraction, show, shop, restaurant, facility or amenity thereat, (c) close or adjust the operation for any period the Resort or any part of it, (d) modify, relocate, refurbish or replace any location, attraction, show, shop, restaurant, facility or amenity; (e) restrict the number, class or eligibility of persons having access to the Resort or any part of it, (f) suspend or cancel any attraction, show, facility, amenity or entertainment or marketing program, offering, experience or activity, and/or (g) impose limit on the purchase of any product or use of any service or facility, in each case due to capacity, inclement weather or special events, to ensure safety, health, security or order, or compliance with law, or if HKITP considers that the circumstances so require.
36. This package cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, promotion, discount or benefit (including without limitation the “Exclusive Hotel Privilege” offer, Cast Member benefits and Magic Access Member benefits).
37. In case of any dispute, HKITP reserves the right to make final judgment on the dispute and otherwise in respect of this package.
38. These terms and conditions are subject to the interpretation of HKITP which shall be final and conclusive.
39. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between the English version and other language version of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.
40. This package is made available in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People’s Republic of China (“HKSAR”) only. This package may only be redeemed in the HKSAR in accordance with these terms and conditions. HKITP makes no representation that the purchase, redemption or use of this package is appropriate or available in other locations and this package is void in any jurisdiction where the purchase, redemption or use of such a package is prohibited or restricted by law. Those who choose to purchase, redeem or use this package do so on their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws, if and to the extent they are applicable.
41. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the HKSAR.
42. These terms and conditions constitute an agreement between HKITP and the guest purchasing this package. A person who is not a party to this agreement shall not have any rights under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance (Chapter 623 of the Laws of Hong Kong) to enforce any term of this agreement.
