Hotel Room Member Offer (this “Offer”)

Important Details
  1. The Offers is valid to book a room at Hong Kong Disneyland Hotel, Disney Explorers Lodge or Disney’s Hollywood Hotel (each the “Hotel”) during the period from December 6, 2024 to December 31, 2025 (“Offer Period”) for a hotel stay and check in between December 6, 2024 and December 31, 2025 (both dates inclusive except the block-out dates of December 24 to 26, 2024, December 31, 2024, December 24 to 26, 2025 and December 31, 2025) with check-out date on or before January 1, 2026.
  2. This Offer is only available for hotel reservations made after the purchase of Magic Access memberships. No refund or reduction of room rate will be made for hotel reservations made prior to the purchase of the Magic Access memberships.
  3. Rooms reserved are for Members' personal use only. Members must be one of the guests staying in the applicable hotel, and are required to present their valid Magic Access membership Card and such personal identification as Hongkong International Theme Parks Limited ("HKITP") may require at the time of check-in for verification purposes. Otherwise, the prevailing room rate at the time of check-in will be charged.
  4. This Offer applies to all hotel room types.
  5. The prevailing room rate for each hotel (each a “Hotel”) room is determined at the time of booking.
  6. The “Room Charges” include: (i) the applicable room rate determined based on the check-in and check-out dates, the Hotel and designated room category and the prevailing room rate (subject to availability and any Benefits Limits as such term is defined in the Hotel General Terms and Conditions at https://www.hongkongdisneyland.com/hotel-general-terms-conditions/ (“Hotel General Terms and Conditions”)); (ii) any Surcharge mentioned in Paragraph 7 below; (iii) 10% service charge on charges (i) and (ii); (iv) any additional charge for add-on items (“Add-on Charges”) and (v) applicable government tax on charges (i), (ii) and (iv).
  7. An extra charge of HK$200 per person per night (subject to 10% service charge and applicable government tax) applies to the third and fourth guests aged 12 or above (“Additional Guests”) staying in the same Hotel room (“Surcharge”).
  8. Subject to Paragraph 7 above, each Hotel room can accommodate up to a maximum of four guests. At least one adult must be a staying guest in each Hotel room.
  9. Full payment of the Room Charges will be charged for each reservation at the time of booking.
  10. Each Member is entitled to reserve a maximum of one room within the same check-in and check-out dates.
  11. No change of guest name is allowed under any circumstances.
  12. Members may cancel or amend the reservation at least 3 days prior to the check-in-date, except for December 20 to 31, 2024, January 29 to February 1, 2025, April 18 to 21, 2025, May 1 to 4, 2025, July 18 to August 16, 2025, October 1 to 6, 2025 and December 19 to 31, 2025; in which case cancellation or amendment has to be made at least 7 days in advance. The first night of the Hotel stay together with Room Charges (ii) , (iii) and (v) will be charged in case of any cancellation made after the prescribed period stated in this paragraph or no show. Amendment of reservation is subject to availability and Benefit Limits (as defined in the Hotel General Terms and Conditions), and no change is permitted after prescribed period stated in this paragraph.
  13. This Offer is non-commissionable.
  14. This offer does not include admission to the Hong Kong Disneyland Park (“Park”). Guests are required to have valid admission tickets and make Park visit reservations before visiting the Park. Park visit reservation of each type of ticket or membership card is subject to a limited quota. Reservation will not be accepted once the respective quota is full.
  15. HKITP may refuse to accept or allow the redemption and use of any benefit in this offer, and withhold or revoke any benefit in this offer, in each case without compensation, exchange or refund if in its sole judgment (i) the benefits under this offer are used for commercial or other unauthorised purposes; (ii) if any of these terms and conditions is violated or not complied with; and/or (iii) if HKITP considers that the circumstances so require.
  16. HKITP reserves the right to (i) amend or supplement these terms and conditions; (ii) designate or change the prices, validity and/or block-out dates of any ticket, tour, product, service, offer, discount or promotion; and (iii) terminate or suspend the availability of any offer, discount or promotion, in each case, at any time and from time to time without prior notice, compensation, exchange or refund.
Other Terms and Conditions applicable to this Offer
  1. This Offer, provisions of rooms, products and services and admission to the Hotel, Park and/or other parts of Hong Kong Disneyland Resort (“Resort”) and use of the facilities there are each subject to (i) the “Offer Highlight” and “Important Details” set out in all relevant pages on the Website, (ii) these terms and conditions, the Hotel General Terms and Conditions, the General Terms and Conditions at www.hongkongdisneyland.com/ticket-general-terms-conditions, (iii) the rules and regulations applicable to the location or facility in question (including without limitation, the Rules and Regulations of the Park and/or the Hotels) which are set out on the Website, and (iv) all other requirements, restrictions and changes determined by Hongkong International Theme Parks Limited (“HKITP”) in its sole discretion without advance or further notice. HKITP may from time to time, without prior notice and without refund or compensation, (a) make or modify the rules to be followed within the whole or any part of the Resort, (b) change or adjust the entry requirement or the mode of operation (including but not limited to operating hours) of the Resort or any hotel, location, attraction, show, shop, restaurant, facility or amenity thereat, (c) close or adjust the operation for any period the Resort or any part of it, (d) modify, relocate, refurbish or replace any location, attraction, shop, restaurant, facility or amenity; (e) restrict the number, class or eligibility of persons having access to the Resort or any part of it, (f) suspend or cancel any attraction, show, facility, amenity or entertainment or marketing program, offering, experience or activity, and/or (g) impose limit on the purchase of any product or use of any service or facility, in each case due to capacity, inclement weather or special events, to ensure safety, health, security or order, or compliance with law, or if HKITP considers that the circumstances so require.
  2. This Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, promotion, discount or benefit (including without limitation the Cast Member benefits), except the “Exclusive Hotel Privilege” offer.
  3. In case of any dispute, HKITP reserves the right to make final judgment on the dispute and otherwise in respect of this offer.
  4. These terms and conditions are subject to the interpretation of HKITP which shall be final and conclusive.
  5. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between the English version and other language version of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
  6. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People’s Republic of China (“HKSAR”).
  7. This offer is made available in accordance with the laws of the HKSAR only. This offer may only be redeemed in the HKSAR in accordance with these terms and conditions. HKITP makes no representation that purchase, redemption or use of this offer is appropriate or available in other locations and this offer is void in any jurisdiction where purchase, redemption or use of such a offer is prohibited or restricted by law. Those who choose to purchase, redeem and/or use this offer do so on their own initiative and are solely responsible for compliance with local laws, if and to the extent they are applicable.
  8. These Terms and Conditions constitute an agreement between HKITP and the Eligible Cast Member purchasing the Offer. A person who is not a party to this agreement shall not have any rights under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance (Chapter 623 of the Laws of Hong Kong) to enforce any term of this agreement.
Exclusive Hotel Privilege - Terms and Conditions
  1. Validity
    • This offer is valid for hotel bookings made during the period from September 7, 2022 to December 28, 2025 at Hong Kong Disneyland Hotel, Disney Explorers Lodge or Disney’s Hollywood Hotel (“Hotel”) and at least 3 days prior to the check-in date.
    • This offer is valid for hotel check-in from September 10, 2022 to December 31, 2025, except the Block-out Dates below.
    • Block-out dates: October 1 to 6, 2024; December 21 to 31, 2024; January 1, 2025; January 29 to 31, 2025; February 1 to 2, 2025; October 1 to 6, 2025; December 20 to 31, 2025.
  2. Guests may enjoy free hotel room upgrade and complimentary soft drink if successfully book a designated hotel room at the prevailing room rate or designated Special Offers through Hong Kong Disneyland Website www.hongkongdisneyland.com or Hong Kong Disneyland Reservation Center. This offer is not applicable to hotel room booked with Magic Access special seasonal offers and other offers as Hongkong International Theme Parks Limited may specify from time to time.
  3. Free hotel room upgrade:
    • This offer is valid for room upgrade to the next room category within the same Hotel only.
    • Room upgrade is applicable to the following room categories only:
      i. Disney Explorers Lodge – Standard Room
      ii. Hong Kong Disneyland Hotel – Standard Room
      iii. Disney’s Hollywood Hotel – Standard Room (applicable to check-in date on or after October 7, 2024 only)
    • Limited number of rooms is available for this offer. Free hotel room upgrade is subject to availability. Confirmation of room upgrade will be stated at the confirmation letter.
  4. Complimentary soft drink:
    • One complimentary soft drink will be offered to each Guest (up to a maximum of 4 Guests per room) when dine at any table service restaurants in the Hotels.
    • Guests are required to present the confirmation letter upon redemption.

Important Details
The credit card interest-free instalment payment plan and promotional offers in respect of such plan (if any) (collectively, “Plan”) are provided by Standard Chartered Bank (HK) Limited (“Bank”), and not by or on behalf of Hongkong International Theme Parks Limited (“HKITP”) or any of its affiliates. The Bank is not acting and shall not be any way treated as an agent of HKITP. Guests agree that, to the extent permitted by applicable law, HKITP shall have no liability relating to any aspect of the Plan, including without limitation, its quality, the supply, the descriptions of products and/or services provided, the administration or execution thereof, any false trade description, misrepresentation, mis-statement, omission, unauthorised representation, unfair trade practices or conduct in connection with the Plan.

Any change after the hotel reservation completes shall be treated as a cancellation of the hotel reservation. A new reservation is required for the hotel stay.

The cardholder authorises HKITP to (i) withhold or deduct from the payment made and/or (ii) charge on the cardholder’s credit card account the applicable cancellation charges and all costs, interests, fees, expenses, losses or other liabilities incurred by HKITP arising from the cardholder’s instalment payment arrangement.
