Important Details
  1. This offer is only available to any Cast Member (defined below) meeting all of the following criteria (“Eligible Cast Member”):
    1. is aged 18 or above;
    2. is an existing cast member holding a valid Hong Kong Disneyland Resort Cast Member ID card (in blue, yellow, red or pink color) or an existing employee holding a valid The Walt Disney Company ID card in blue color (such cast member or employee, “Cast Member” and such ID cards, “Cast Member ID Card”);
    3. makes a booking during the period from July 29, 2025 to August 30, 2025 via the designated online hotel reservation system for a one-night stay in one or more Standard Rooms at Disney Explorers Lodge with check-in date between July 30, 2025 and August 31, 2025 (both days inclusive and with check-out date on or before September 1, 2025); or makes a booking during the period from July 29, 2025 to September 25, 2025 via the designated online hotel reservation system for a one-night stay in one or more Standard Rooms at Disney’s Hollywood Hotel with check-in date between August 26, 2025 and September 26, 2025 (both days inclusive and with check-out date on or before September 27, 2025); and
    4. is one of the staying guests of one of the Hotel rooms under the same booking.
  2. Advance reservation must be made at least one day prior to the check-in date.
  3. The Eligible Cast Member acknowledges that due to exterior renovation works of Disney’s Hollywood Hotel (“Hotel”) , the view of the Hotel rooms will be obstructed and certain facilities in the Hotel may be temporarily closed.
  4. The Eligible Cast Member is required to present his/her valid Cast Member ID Card for verification upon check-in. If the eligibility requirement for the offer cannot be verified, the prevailing room rate at the time of check-in will be charged.
  5. The “Room Charges” include: (i) the special room rate under this offer (subject to availability and any Benefits Limits as such term is defined in the Hotel General Terms and Conditions at https://www.hongkongdisneyland.com/hotel-general-terms-conditions/ (“Hotel General Terms and Conditions”)); (ii) any Surcharge mentioned in paragraph 6 below; (iii) 10% service charge on charges (i) and (ii); (iv) any additional charge for add-on items; and (v) applicable government tax on charges (i), (ii) and (iv).
  6. An extra charge of HK$200 per person per night (subject to 10% service charge and applicable government tax) applies to the third and fourth guests aged 12 or above staying in the same Hotel room (“Surcharge”).
  7. Rooms and reservations are subject to availability and limits on the number, type, value and other features of the rooms allocated for any room, promotion, offer, package or discount in question (collectively, “Benefit Limits”). Guests acknowledge that Hongkong International Theme Parks Limited (“HKITP”) may in its sole and absolute discretion determine or change the availability of the rooms, any promotion, offer, package or discount, and/or the Benefit Limits at any time without prior notice, compensation, exchange or refund.
  8. Subject to paragraph 6 above, each Hotel room can accommodate up to a maximum of four guests. At least one adult must be a staying guest in each Hotel room.
  9. Full payment of the Room Charges will be charged for each reservation at the time of booking.
  10. Each Eligible Cast Member may reserve up to a maximum of 3 rooms with the same check-in and check-out dates.
  11. Credit cards used for pre-authorization for any expenses that may be incurred during the Hotel stay must be in the name of the Eligible Cast Member.
  12. No change of any guest name(s) is allowed under any circumstances.
  13. Eligible Cast Members are not allowed to cancel or amend a reservation once it is made. The Hotel stay together with Room Charges (ii) and (iii) will be charged in case of any cancellation or no show.
  14. The offer is not commissionable.
  15. The offer does not include admission to the Hong Kong Disneyland Park (“Park”). Guests are required to have valid admission tickets and make Park visit reservations in order to enter the Park.
  16. All guests are required to make reservation with valid tickets or membership cards before visiting the Park. Park visit reservation of each type of ticket or membership card is subject to a limited quota. Reservation will not be accepted once the respective quota is full.
Other Terms and Conditions applicable to the Offer
  1. The offer, provisions of rooms, products and services and admission to the Hotel, Park and/or other parts of Hong Kong Disneyland Resort (“Resort”) and use of the facilities there are each subject to (i) the “Offer Highlight” and “Important Details” set out in all relevant pages on the Hong Kong Disneyland website at www.hongkongdisneyland.com (“Website”); (ii) these terms and conditions, the Hotel General Terms and Conditions, the General Terms and Conditions at www.hongkongdisneyland.com/ticket-general-terms-conditions; (iii) the rules and regulations applicable to the location or facility in question (including without limitation, the Rules and Regulations of the Park and/or the Hotel) which are set out on the Website; and (iv) all other requirements, restrictions and changes determined by HKITP in its sole discretion without advance or further notice. HKITP may from time to time, without prior notice and without compensation, exchange or refund; (a) make or modify the rules to be followed within the whole or any part of the Resort; (b) change or adjust the entry requirement or the mode of operation (including but not limited to operating hours) of the Resort or any hotel, location, attraction, show, shop, restaurant, facility or amenity thereat; (c) close or adjust the operation for any period the Resort or any part of it; (d) modify, relocate, refurbish or replace any location, attraction, show, shop, restaurant, facility or amenity; (e) restrict the number, class or eligibility of persons having access to the Resort or any part of it; (f) suspend or cancel any attraction, show, facility, amenity or entertainment or marketing program, offering, experience or activity; and/or (g) impose limit on the purchase of any product or use of any service or facility, in each case due to capacity, inclement weather or special events, to ensure safety, health, security or order, or compliance with law, or if HKITP considers that the circumstances so require.
  2. This offer and the benefits to be redeemed are not for re-sale, non-transferable, non-refundable and non-exchangeable, either in whole or in part, for cash or any other item, and may not be used in conjunction with other ticket and voucher promotions or discounts.
  3. HKITP may refuse to accept or allow the redemption and use of any benefit in this offer, and withhold or revoke any benefit in this offer, in each case without compensation, exchange or refund if in its sole judgment (i) the benefits under this offer are used for commercial or other unauthorised purposes; (ii) if any of these terms and conditions is violated or not complied with; and/or (iii) if HKITP considers that the circumstances so require.
  4. HKITP reserves the right to (i) amend or supplement these terms and conditions; (ii) change any block-out date and (iii) terminate or suspend the availability of any offer, discount or promotion, in each case, at any time and from time to time without prior notice, compensation, exchange or refund.

Important Details

    4. is one of the staying guests of one of the Hotel rooms under the same booking.

Hotel Dinner Terms and Conditions
  1. Each Eligible Cast Member purchasing the offer may redeem two dinner buffets at Ink & Plate of Disney’s Hollywood Hotel for each Hotel room booked under this offer. The dinner buffet included in this offer is not for re-sale, non-refundable, non-transferable and non-exchangeable, either in whole or in part, for cash or any other items, and may not be used in conjunction with other promotions or discounts.
  2. The dinner buffets may only be consumed on the check-in date of the Hotel stay. Eligible Cast Member may redeem the dinner buffets by quoting his/her Hotel room number at the reception of Ink & Plate. For the avoidance of doubt, each booking using this offer may only redeem two dinner buffets for each Hotel room booked under this offer, irrespective of the number of nights of the Hotel stay and the number of guests staying in the Hotel room.
  3. The dinner buffets may only be consumed at Ink & Plate from 5:30 p.m. to 10:30 p.m..
  4. Dining arrangement is subject to availability and HKITP’s operations. Advance reservation is recommended if the guests would like to visit the restaurant at a specified time. For enquiries and reservation, please call (+852) 3510-5000. HKITP reserves the right to determine or change the venue for the dinner buffets included in the offer.
  5. Any additional purchase at the restaurant will be charged at its prevailing price with 10% service charge.
  6. HKITP reserves the right to determine, change or adjust the following aspects of each restaurant including Ink & Plate, in its sole and absolute discretion: (a) the prices of food and beverage; (b) the menu; (c) the mode of operation, including but not limited to, the operating hours; (d) the capacity, and (e) the number and eligibility of persons to be admitted. Cast Member Year Round Hotel Offer

Important Details
  1. The Offer is only available to Cast Member meeting all of the following criteria (“Eligible Guests”):
    1. is aged 18 or above;
    2. is an existing Cast Member holding a valid Hong Kong Disneyland Resort Cast Member ID card (in blue, yellow, red or pink color) or existing employee holding a valid The Walt Disney Company ID card in blue color (such cast member or employee, “Cast Member” and such ID cards, “Cast Member ID Cards”);
    3. books a room at Hong Kong Disneyland Hotel, Disney Explorers Lodge or Disney’s Hollywood Hotel (each the “Hotel”) for a hotel stay;
    4. checks in between October 18, 2024 and December 31, 2025 (both dates inclusive except block-out dates of December 24 to 25, 2024, December 31, 2024, December 24 to 26, 2025 and December 31, 2025) with check-out date on or before January 1, 2026;
    5. is one of the staying guests of the Hotel room
  2. The offer applies to all Hotel room types except, Sea View Room with Balcony of Disney Explorers Lodge. 
  3. The Eligible Cast Member is required to present his/ her valid Cast Member ID Card for verification upon check-in. If the eligibility requirement for the Offer cannot be verified, the prevailing room rate at the time of check-in will be charged.
  4. The prevailing room rate for each hotel is determined at the time of booking.
  5. The “Booking Charges” include: (i) the applicable room rate determined based on the check-in and check-out dates, the Hotel and room category selected and the prevailing room rate (subject to availability and any Benefits Limits as such term is defined in the Hotel General Terms and Conditions at https://www.hongkongdisneyland.com/hotel-general-terms-conditions/ (“Hotel General Terms and Conditions”)); (ii) any Surcharge mentioned in Paragraph 6 below; (iii) 10% service charge on charges (i) and (ii); (iv) any additional charge for add-on items (“Add-on Charges”); and (v) applicable government tax on charges (i), (ii) and (iv).
  6. An extra charge of HK$200 per person per night (subject to 10% service charge and applicable government tax) applies to the third and fourth guests aged 12 or above (“Additional Guests”) staying in the same Hotel room (“Surcharge”). 
  7. Subject to Paragraph 6 above, each Hotel Room can accommodate up to a maximum of four guests. At least one adult must be a staying guest in each Hotel room.
  8. Full payment of the Booking Charges will be charged for each reservation at the time of booking.
  9. Each Cast Member may enjoy the Hotel Offer 12 times during the calendar year. Each Cast Member is entitled to reserve up to a maximum of 1 room within the same check-in and check-out dates.
  10. Credit Cards used for pre-authorization for any expenses that may be incurred during the hotel stay must be in the name of the Eligible Cast Member.
  11. No change of any guest name(s) is allowed under any circumstances.
  12. Cast Member may cancel or amend the reservation at least 3 days prior to the check-in-date, except for December 20 to 31, 2024, January 29 to February 1, 2025, April 18 to 21, 2025, May 1 to 4, 2025, July 18 to August 16, 2025, October 1 to 6, 2025 and December 19 to 31, 2025; in which case cancellation or amendment has to be made at least 7 days in advance. The first night of the Hotel stay together with Total Charges (ii), (iii) and (v) will be charged in case of any cancellation made after the prescribed period stated in this paragraph or no show. Amendment of reservation is subject to availability and Benefit Limits, and no change is permitted after prescribed period stated above.
  13. The Offer is not commissionable.
