Disney Family Holiday Celebration Cast Special Hotel Offer (the “Offer”)

Important Details
  1. This offer is only available to any Cast Member (defined below) meeting all of the following criteria (“Eligible Cast Member”):
    1. is an existing cast member holding a valid Hong Kong Disneyland Resort Cast Member ID card (in blue, yellow or red color) (such cast member, “Cast Member” and such ID cards, “Cast Member ID Card”);
    2. makes a booking during the period from December 1, 2025 to March 30, 2026 via the designated online hotel reservation system for a one-night stay in one or more Rooms at Disney Explorers Lodge with check-in date between December 2, 2025 and March 31, 2026 (both days inclusive and except the block-out dates of December 24 to December 31, 2025 and February 14 to February 23, 2026) and check-out date on or before April 1, 2026; or makes a booking during the period from December 1, 2025 to March 30, 2026 via the designated online hotel reservation system for a one-night stay in one or more Rooms at Disney’s Hollywood Hotel with check-in date between January 1, 2026 and March 31, 2026 (both days inclusive and except the block-out dates of February 14 to February 23, 2026) and check-out date on or before April 1, 2026 and
    3. is one of the staying guests of the Hotel room.
  2. This offer is only applicable to Standard Room, Deluxe Room and Sea View Room in the Hotels. Advance reservation must be made at least one day prior to the check-in date.
  3. The Eligible Cast Member is required to present his/her valid Cast Member ID Card for verification upon check-in. If the eligibility requirement for the offer cannot be verified, the prevailing room rate at the time of check-in will be charged.
  4. This package includes the following:
    1. one night Hotel accommodation; and
    2. one complimentary pass (“Pass”) for one-time entry to the designated viewing area of the “Momentous: Party in the Night Sky” castle show for four guests.
  5. The prevailing room rate for each hotel is determined at the time of booking.
  6. The “Room Charges” include: (i) the applicable room rate determined based on the check-in and check-out dates, the Hotel and room type selected and the prevailing room rate determined at the time of booking (subject to availability and any Benefits Limits as such term is defined in the Hotel General Terms and Conditions at https://www.hongkongdisneyland.com/hotel-general-terms-conditions/ (“Hotel General Terms and Conditions”)); (ii) any Surcharge mentioned in Paragraph 7 below; (iii) any additional charge for add-on items; (iv) 10% service charge on charges (i) and (ii); and (v) applicable government tax on charges (i), (ii) and (iii).
  7. An extra charge of HK$200 per person per night (subject to 10% service charge and applicable government tax) applies to the third and fourth guests aged 12 or above staying in the same Hotel room (“Surcharge”).
  8. Rooms and reservations are subject to availability and limits on the number, type, value and other features of the rooms allocated for any room, promotion, offer, package or discount in question (collectively, “Benefit Limits”). Guests acknowledge that HKITP may in its sole and absolute discretion determine or change the availability of the rooms, any promotion, offer, package or discount, and/or the Benefit Limits at any time without prior notice, compensation, exchange or refund.
  9. Subject to Paragraph 7 above, each Hotel room can accommodate up to a maximum of four guests. At least one adult must be a staying guest in each Hotel room.
  10. Full payment of the Room Charges will be charged for each reservation at the time of booking.
  11. Each Cast Member is entitled to reserve up to a maximum of 3 rooms within the same check-in and check-out dates.
  12. Credit cards used for pre-authorization for any expenses that may be incurred during the Hotel stay must be in the name of the Eligible Cast Member.
  13. No change of any guest name is allowed under any circumstances.
  14. Cast Members are not allowed to cancel or amend a reservation once it is made. The first night of the Hotel stay together with Room Charges (ii), (iv) and (v) will be charged in case of any cancellation or no show.
  15. The offer is not commissionable.
  16. This offer does not include admission to the Hong Kong Disneyland Park (“Park”). Guests are required to have valid admission tickets and make Park visit reservations before visiting the Park. Park visit reservation of each type of ticket or membership card is subject to a limited quota. Reservation will not be accepted once the respective quota is full.
  17. This offer is not for re-sale, is non-transferable, non-exchangeable and non-refundable, either in whole or in part, for cash or any other item.
  18. HKITP may refuse to accept or allow the redemption and use of any benefit in this offer, and withhold or revoke any benefit in this offer, in each case without compensation, exchange or refund if in its sole judgment (i) the benefits under this offer are used for commercial or other unauthorised purposes; (ii) if any of these terms and conditions is violated or not complied with; and/or (iii) if HKITP considers that the circumstances so require.
  19. HKITP reserves the right to (i) amend or supplement these terms and conditions; (ii) change any block-out date and (iii) terminate or suspend the availability of any offer, discount or promotion, in each case, at any time and from time to time without prior notice, compensation, exchange or refund.
“Momentous: Party in the Night Sky” Castle Show Terms and Conditions
  1. Each Package includes one complimentary one-time entry to “Momentous: Party in the Night Sky” castle show’s designated viewing area for four guests (“Complimentary Pass”). The Complimentary Pass must be redeemed by the guest and his/her accompanying guests at the same time by presenting the pass media storing the Pass at the designated viewing area entrance.
  2. Complimentary Pass is only valid for use on the Hotel check-in date as printed on the Pass and will expire upon the Park’s official opening time on the same day.
  3. No re-issuance of the Complimentary Pass or other compensation, exchange or refund will be provided if "Momentous: Party in the Night Sky" is cancelled.
  4. Complimentary Pass are non-transferrable, non-exchangeable, non-refundable, not for resale and subject to availability.
  5. HKITP reserves the right at any time to refuse to accept any Complimentary Pass or pass media or allow priority entrance to any attraction or show without compensation, exchange or refund if in its sole judgment (i) the relevant Complimentary Pass and/or its benefits are used for commercial or other unauthorised purposes; (ii) if any of these terms and conditions is violated or not complied with; and/or (iii) if HKITP considers that the circumstances so require.
Other Terms and Conditions applicable to the Offer
  1. The offer, provisions of rooms, products and services and admission to the Hotel, Park and/or other parts of Hong Kong Disneyland Resort (“Resort”) and use of the facilities there are each subject to (i) the “Offer Highlight” and “Important Details” set out in all relevant pages on the Hong Kong Disneyland website, (ii) these terms and conditions, the Hotel General Terms and Conditions, the General Terms and Conditions at www.hongkongdisneyland.com/ticket-general-terms-conditions, (iii) the rules and regulations applicable to the location or facility in question (including without limitation, the Rules and Regulations of the Park and/or the Hotels) which are set out on the Website, and (iv) all other requirements, restrictions and changes determined by HKITP in its sole discretion without advance or further notice. HKITP may from time to time, without prior notice and without compensation, exchange or refund, (a) make or modify the rules to be followed within the whole or any part of the Resort, (b) change or adjust the entry requirement or the mode of operation (including but not limited to operating hours) of the Resort or any hotel, location, attraction, show, shop, restaurant, facility or amenity thereat, (c) close or adjust the operation for any period the Resort or any part of it, (d) modify, relocate, refurbish or replace any location, attraction, show, shop, restaurant, facility or amenity; I restrict the number, class or eligibility of persons having access to the Resort or any part of it, (f) suspend or cancel any attraction, show, facility, amenity or entertainment or marketing program, offering, experience or activity, and/or (g) impose limit on the purchase of any product or use of any service or facility, in each case due to capacity, inclement weather or special events, to ensure safety, health, security or order, or compliance with law, or if HKITP considers that the circumstances so require.
  2. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, promotion, discount or benefit (including without limitation the “Exclusive Hotel Privilege” offer and Magic Access Member benefits).
  3. In the event of disputes, HKITP reserves the right to make final judgment on the dispute and otherwise in respect of this offer.
  4. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People’s Republic of China (“HKSAR”).
  5. This offer is made available in accordance with the laws of the HKSAR only. This offer may only be redeemed in the HKSAR in accordance with these terms and conditions. HKITP makes no representation that purchase, redemption or use of this offer is appropriate or available in other locations and this offer is void in any jurisdiction where purchase, redemption or use of such a offer is prohibited or restricted by law. Those who choose to purchase, redeem and/or use this offer do so on their own initiative and are solely responsible for compliance with local laws, if and to the extent they are applicable.
  6. These terms and conditions are subject to the interpretation of HKITP which shall be final and conclusive.
  7. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between the English version and the Chinese version of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.
  8. These terms and conditions constitute an agreement between HKITP and the Eligible Cast Member purchasing this offer. A person who is not a party to this agreement shall not have any rights under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance (Chapter 623 of the Laws of Hong Kong) to enforce any term of this agreement.


Cast Member Year Round Hotel Offer

Important Details
  1. The Offer is only available to Cast Member meeting all of the following criteria (“Eligible Guests”):
    1. is aged 18 or above;
    2. is an existing Cast Member holding a valid Hong Kong Disneyland Resort Cast Member ID card (in blue, yellow, red or pink color) or existing employee holding a valid The Walt Disney Company ID card in blue color (such cast member or employee, “Cast Member” and such ID cards, “Cast Member ID Cards”);
    3. books a room at Hong Kong Disneyland Hotel, Disney Explorers Lodge or Disney’s Hollywood Hotel (each the “Hotel”) for a hotel stay;
    4. checks in between November 4, 2025 and December 31, 2026 (both dates inclusive except block-out dates of December 24 to 26, 2025, December 31, 2025, December 24 to 26, 2026 and December 31, 2026) with check-out date on or before January 1, 2027;
    5. is one of the staying guests of the Hotel room
  2. The offer applies to all Hotel room types except, Sea View Room with Balcony of Disney Explorers Lodge. 
  3. The Eligible Cast Member is required to present his/ her valid Cast Member ID Card for verification upon check-in. If the eligibility requirement for the Offer cannot be verified, the prevailing room rate at the time of check-in will be charged.
  4. The prevailing room rate for each Hotel room is determined at the time of booking.
  5. The “Booking Charges” include: (i) the applicable room rate determined based on the check-in and check-out dates, the Hotel and room category selected and the prevailing room rate (subject to availability and any Benefits Limits as such term is defined in the Hotel General Terms and Conditions at https://www.hongkongdisneyland.com/hotel-general-terms-conditions/ (“Hotel General Terms and Conditions”)); (ii) any Surcharge mentioned in Paragraph 6 below; (iii) 10% service charge on charges (i) and (ii); (iv) any additional charge for add-on items (“Add-on Charges”); and (v) applicable government tax on charges (i), (ii) and (iv).
  6. An extra charge of HK$200 per person per night (subject to 10% service charge and applicable government tax) applies to the third and fourth guests aged 12 or above (“Additional Guests”) staying in the same Hotel room (“Surcharge”). 
  7. Subject to Paragraph 6 above, each Hotel Room can accommodate up to a maximum of four guests. At least one adult must be a staying guest in each Hotel room.
  8. Full payment of the Booking Charges will be charged for each reservation at the time of booking.
  9. Each Cast Member may enjoy the Hotel Offer 12 times during the calendar year. Each Cast Member is entitled to reserve up to a maximum of 3 rooms within the same check-in and check-out dates.
  10. Credit Cards used for pre-authorization for any expenses that may be incurred during the hotel stay must be in the name of the Eligible Cast Member.
  11. No change of any guest name(s) is allowed under any circumstances.
  12. Cast Member may cancel or amend the reservation at least 3 days prior to the check-in-date, except for December 19 to 31, 2025; January 1, 2026; February 17 to 21, 2026; April 3 to 6, 2026; May 1 to 4, 2026; June 19 to 20, 2026; September 25 to 27, 2026; October 1 to 6, 2026; and December 20 to 31, 2026; in which case cancellation or amendment has to be made at least 7 days in advance. The first night of the Hotel stay together with Total Charges (ii), (iii) and (v) will be charged in case of any cancellation made after the prescribed period stated in this paragraph or no show. Amendment of reservation is subject to availability and Benefit Limits, and no change is permitted after prescribed period stated above.
  13. The Offer is not commissionable.

HKITP reserves the right to (i) amend or supplement these terms and conditions; (ii) designate or change the prices, validity and/or block-out dates of any ticket, tour, product, service, offer, discount or promotion; and (iii) terminate or suspend the availability of any offer, discount or promotion, in each case, at any time and from time to time without prior notice , compensation, exchange or refund.
Other Terms and Conditions applicable to the Offer
  1.
