About Jessie

Jessie is a high-spirited, rough-and-tumble cowgirl doll who’s always up for a daring adventure. She joined Woody as one of Andy's toys after losing her original owner and deciding that being a loved toy is more important than being admired in a collector's case. She loves to play and put a smile on people's faces, especially children.

The Toys Are Back
When Woody is whisked away by a nefarious toy collector in the hit Disney•Pixar movie Toy Story 2, he meets up with some other collectible toys from his Woody’s Roundup television show—Jessie the yodeling cowgirl, Bullseye his horse and Stinky Pete the prospector. Unbeknownst to Woody, Buzz Lightyear and the other toys from Andy’s room set out on an all-out rescue mission to save their friend, and end up finding new ones along the way.
